Where did the Brown Puffle come from? How did the Brown Puffle get to Club Penguin? When was the Brown Puffle released? Who discovered the Brown Puffle? These are all questions which are answered in this part of the post about the history of the Brown Puffle...

In early 2011, there was rumour of a brand new puffle which was coming to Club Penguin. However, this rumour was confirmed when penguins discovered a new puffle at the Wilderness Expedition event in January 2011. From January 2011, Brown Puffles were available for adoption to members. The Brown Puffles were found in a Cave in the Wilderness, which had many contraptions invented by the Brown Puffles in it.

Now, to give you an idea of what the Brown Puffle's personality is like, I'll take an extract from the Puffle Handbook...

It is documented that the brown Puffle blinks more than all other Puffles. Its dreams have graph paper backgrounds.

...from this extract, we can see that Brown Puffles are very creative as they're so creative they invent things in their sleep. In the image above, we can also see the expression of what the Brown Puffle looks like when its thinking, which it does most of the time. The Brown Puffle's goggles also add to its creative personality as those type of goggles would be used during the creation of something.

My View

I like that the Brown Puffles have an inventive personality as I think it's quite cool that a creature of that size can create amazing inventions! I also like that the Brown Puffle wears goggles, as it makes them look more creative and suits their personality.

Hiya guys!

One of my fave games to play on CP is Pufflescape, so it’s fab I can now play it on iPad! I personally find it quite tricky at times so I always spend aaaages playing it. I think I can say I’ve nearly mastered it!

So here are my tips for you:

- Hold down the arrow keys to build up speed and momentum for your puffle
- Use the opposite arrow key as a brake or to slow you down
- Tap the keys lightly if you only need to move your puffle a little bit
- Click the symbol in the top left hand corner to show a diagram with directions
- If you can’t work out a solution, try swapping bits of scenery around – there might be another way!
- Don’t worry about making a mistake and restarting – your puffle is as patient as you are!

Club Penguin Rooms: The Pet Shop

Information
The Pet Shop is a room is Club Penguin which is located inside of the Pet Shop building at the Plaza. In Club Penguin, the Pet Shop is a popular room with penguins who want to adopt a new puffle and buy their puffle things like hats and food. The Pet Shop is quite well known for having three games in it: Pufflescape, which can be played by clicking the empty puffle ball by the entrance of the Pet Shop, Puffle Launch, which can be played by clicking on the puffle cannon and Puffle Roundup, which can be played by clicking the door on the right. Penguins can also check out the Puffle Catalog by clicking on the orange catalog in the bottom-right corner and take a test to find out which puffle is best for you. From the Pet Shop, penguins can waddle to The Plaza and The Puffle Hotel Lobby. The Pet Shop is quite an old room in Club Penguin, opened in 2006.

History
The Pet Shop has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2006, making it quite an old room in Club Penguin. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Pet Shop has been a puffle stable as part of the Medieval Party 2008 and has been a place where puffles partied as part of the Puffle Party 2010. The Pet Shop was given a massive graphical update in 2011, to its current design.

Trivia

• If you walk into the pet shop with a puffle, the puffle on the carpet will change to same colour.
• Ever since the Pet Shop was renovated in 2011, it hasn't be decorated that regularly for parties and events in Club Penguin.
• The Pet Shop has 3 games in it, matching the most in one room with the Dance Lounge.
• In 2013, the entrance to the Puffle Hotel was added.

My View
I like how penguins can adopt a new puffle in the Pet Shop and then play a game of Puffle Launch straight after! I also like how there's puffles climbing through the tubes at the Pet Shop.

Move:
Press the left and right arrow keys to move your puffle.
Interact:
Use the mouse to drag and rotate movable objects.
Collect: 
Get the key to unlock the door.
Collect Puffle O's for extra coins.
Collect the Puffle O Bunch to unlock Extreme mode.
Hints:
Earn a Puffle O to unlock hint mode.
Click the Hint button to show movable objects and level tips.

To summarise, to move your puffle, use the left and right arrow keys. To interact with movable objects, use your mouse to drag them. If you collect a key in a level, you will unlock the door. If you collect Puffle O's, you'll get extra coins. If you collect a Puffle O Bunch you will unlock Extreme mode. To unlock Hint mode, earn a Puffle O and the click on the hint button to show movable objects and level tips.

To start playing the Club Penguin Game, Pufflescape, select one of your puffles.

Tips for playing Pufflescape
In this section of the post, I will give you a few tips on playing Pufflescape. Here they are...

• Pufflescape doesn't have a time limit (to start with), so spend us much as you can in each level.
• For Extreme mode, practice in normal mode to make sure you can do each level to the time limit.

I love how the game Pufflescape is set underground, and that your puffle goes on a journey to get Puffle O's. As the levels get harder, the deeper underground you go!

Club Penguin Blog: Snow is Coming...to iPad

Hello penguins! Recently, Spike Hike shared some "chilling" news about the next version of the My Penguin app on the Club Penguin Blog. Here is what Spike Hike posted...

Penguins,

It's been a massive month for Club Penguin. We released My Penguin on the iPad which over the weekend reached over 1 million downloads!! Thanks for making this such a success!! We also launched the long-awaited Card-Jitsu Snow and its been awesome to see so many of you having fun with it!! The game has been played over 40 million times already and we can see lots of Snow Ninjas walking around the island.

The Card-Jitsu Snow surprises aren't done yet... this Thursday, June 6th, we will have an all-new update to My Penguin that will include the entire Card-Jitsu Snow game. You can use My Penguin to join other Penguins in the game online! Pretty cool, huh?



But that's not all – we will also release the remaining levels of Pufflescape and Puffle Rescue!

So much awesome stuff is happening in Club Penguin right now…and much more to come in this SUMMER OF AWESOME!!!

My Penguin 1.1 Details

Hello penguins! Today a site called Babble which is run by Disney, who makes Club Penguin announced some details about the next version of the My Penguin App - 1.1...

Update – As if all of the goodness that is my original post (below) on My Penguin wasn’t enough, I’ve got an update! That’s right, penguins, the Club Penguin app is taking it up a notch and so can you!

The 1.1 update of My Penguin will launch June 6, and it will include the following new features:

* BATTLE IN THE ALL NEW Card-Jitsu Snow multiplayer ninja game—level up and defeat evil snowmen.

* SAVE MORE PUFFLES, avoid shockingly dangerous creatures, and discover the secret area in Puffle Rescue World 3.

* EXPLORE LEGENDARY LEVELS – 5 more! Plus, earn the giant O’berry in the Pufflescape game.
