A few mascots will be online for a little random meetup today at 11:15am Penguin Standard Time! We'll update this blog post with the server a few minutes before the meetup. Thanks to Spike Hike for arranging this little random surprise!

Who is Herbert?
Herbert is a polar bear who causes trouble in Club Penguin, Herbert is well known for being one of Club Penguin's villains and Elite Penguin Force's suspect at large. On several occasions, Hebert has attacked Club Penguin with his sidekick Klutzy. One example of Herbert attacked Club Penguin was in 2012 for Operation Blackout, for this plan, Herbert put the whole island in darkness and dropped the temperature - with his base being a paradise, which was hot and cosy. Herbert arrived in Club Penguin in 2008, when Klutzy drag him to the shores of Club Penguin to stop Herbert from drowning. Herbert's personality seems to very grumpy, as he hates the cold.

Can we meet Herbert?
Penguins can meet Herbert in Club Penguin at certain events which involve the EPF like Operation Blackout and Operation Puffle. When penguins are in the same room as Herbert, Herbert will be twice the size of penguins, which will means that he'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Herbert likes to visit busy servers like Cozy, Alaska and Blizzard. Herbert also likes to visit rooms like the Town, the Ski Village and his lair (only available during certain events).

Sensei is a trainer in the art of Card-Jitsu - he helps penguins to complete the paths of Card-Jitsu as well (Fire, Water and Snow). In Club Penguin, Sensei is usually helpful to penguins who visit him in the Dojo. If there has been a imbalance in the elements in Club Penguin, Sensei will balance them. Sensei is also one of the oldest penguins in Club Penguin - due to his grey colour. However, Sensei loves to share his wisdom to other penguins by telling them Card-Jitsu tips.

Hello penguins! This post will teach you about the history and personality of Club Penguin's adventurous pirate, Rookie. Let's find out more about Rookie...

Who is Rookie?
Rookie is a clumsy EPF agent who is well known for making mistakes during EPF missions, which usually favour the EPF's main villain, Herbert. Mistakes include giving Herbert his spy phone, which allowed Herbert to destroy the PSA HQ with a popcorn bomb, and ordering too many anvils, which led to the island sinking for the Underwater Expedition in 2012. Although Rookie has made many mistakes in the past, Rookie has been trusted to be the Comm Leader and Public Relations Officer of the EPF, which involves him telling penguins on the island about EPF's operations. Rookie has made countless appearances in EPF missions, levels of System Defender as well as PSA missions. However, Rookie's first ever appearance was in the PSA mission "Case of the Missing Coins" in which he was investigating the vault to look for the missing coins. When Rookie isn't busy helping out the EPF, Rookie usually helps to organise parties like the April Fool's Day Party, the Halloween Party and more recently The Fair. Rookie was first able to be met during The April Fools' Party in 2011. 

Can we meet Rookie?
Penguins can meet Rookie in Club Penguin at certain events like the Halloween Party and The Fair. When penguins are in the same room as Rookie, Rookie will wear certain items like his red hawaiian shirt and his red propeller cap, which will mean that he'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Rookie likes to visit busy servers like Alpine, Rainbow and Yeti. Rookie also likes to visit rooms like the Pizza Parlor and the Box Dimension.

Who is Rockhopper?
Rockhopper is an adventurous pirate who sails the seven seas in search for treasure. Rockhopper and his first mate (Yarr), go on adventures on many different islands to claim treasure which they may bring back to Club Penguin. Rockhopper travels to these islands on his ship called The Migrator, which can also be boarded when Rockhopper is visiting Club Penguin. Rockhopper visits Club Penguin every 4 months and returns with his rare items, which penguins can buy from the Ship Hold. Penguins can spot The Migrator in the telescope at the Beacon, when Rockhopper is making his way to Club Penguin.

Can we meet Rockhopper?
Penguins can meet Rockhopper in Club Penguin at certain events like the Holiday Party. When penguins are in the same room as Rockhopper, Rockhopper will wear certain items like his pirate hat and his black beard, which means that he'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Rockhopper likes to visit busy servers like Abominable, Berg and Yeti. Rockhopper also likes to visit rooms like the Pizza Parlor, the Beach and his ship (only available during certain events).

Who is PH?
PH, also known as Puffle Handler is a puffle expert in Club Penguin who knows almost everything about puffles. PH first arrived to the online world of Club Penguin in 2011, when she helped penguins and puffles to redesign the Pet Shop - to make puffles more happier. PH has also assisted penguins in discovering three different puffle species: the brown puffle, the rainbow puffle and the gold puffle. PH is so dedicated to puffles that she pretends to be one and eats Puffle O's. PH has also assisted the Elite Penguin Force in the DS games, as a puffle expert who trains Elite Puffles.

Can we meet PH?
Penguins can meet PH in Club Penguin at certain events which involve puffles like the Puffle Party and Operation Puffle. When penguins are in the same room as PH, PH will wear items such as her explorer hat and pink top with dark pink stripes, which will means that she'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Who is Cadence?
Cadence is a DJ in Club Penguin who spins tunes at the Dance Club. Cadence is also known as DJ K-Dance for her great dance moves like the Breakdancer move. As well as being a DJ, Cadence can also dance and sing. Cadence's first song was The Party Starts Now which was released in July 2012. Since then Cadence has released collaboration singles with the Penguin Band such as Ghosts Just Wanna Dance and Cool in the Cold. Cadence arrived to Club Penguin in January 2009 for the Dance-A-Thon party.

Can we meet Cadence?
Penguins can meet Cadence in Club Penguin at certain events like the Music Jam. When penguins are in the same room as Cadence, Cadence will wear items such as her pink and purple hair and her dark top, which will means that she'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Cadence likes to visit busy servers like Arctic, Yeti and Aurora. Cadence also likes to visit rooms like the Town, the Dance Club and the Snow Forts.

Who is Aunt Arctic?
Aunt Arctic is a journalist and editor for the Club Penguin Times, which means that Aunt Arctic is always in the centre of all the goings on in Club Penguin like parties and events. Each week, Aunt Arctic writes in the Club Penguin Times in her column called Ask Aunt Arctic and sometimes writes in some of the stories as well. Aunt Arctic arrived to the island in 2006 as a writer and journalist for the Club Penguin Times. Aunt Arctic appeared in the first ever PSA mission, as her puffles went missing.

Can we meet Aunt Arctic?
Penguins can meet Aunt Arctic in Club Penguin at certain events like the Holiday Party and the Marvel Superhero Takeover. When penguins are in the same room as Aunt Arctic, Aunt Arctic will wear items such as her pink toque and pink sweater, which will means that she'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Aunt Arctic likes to visit busy servers like Yukon, Abominable and Belly Slide. Aunt Arctic also likes to visit rooms like the Book Room, the Town and the Coffee Shop.
