Hello Penguins, Today a new issue of the Club Penguin Times was released...

This week's Feature Story is about Club Penguin being saved by the EPF. It says;

Club Penguin is Saved!

The Blackout has ended, thanks to the bravery of the EPF.

By Aunt Arctic- After three scary weeks of darkness and cold, the villainous Herbert P. Bear is defeated. His plans foiled bu the EPF. Thanks to their bravery, dedication and sacrifice  Club Penguin is free.

The sun is back, the snow is melting, and Herbert is on the run, thanks to the EPF and the citizens of Club Penguin. A heavy price was paid however. The EPF headquarters was destroyed, and many agent's identities were revealed. But through it all, no one ever gave up hope. "We are here to serve and protect." said Jet Pack Guy, one of the agents revealed by Herbert. "I don't care if my cover is blown." "I'm still gonna be out there, taking down evil doers. Watch out Herbert! This Guy's back in the sky!" "We've got a lot of rebuilding to do." said Dot, another revealed agent. "But we're up to the task. Last week I saw amazing agents rise up, and do extraordinary things. Together we're unstoppable." The Director of the EPF sent word as well, and had this message for all the penguins and puffles of the land. "Well done, agents and citizens alike. We have proven that nothing is stronger than our resolve." "And to Hebert. I send this message. We are resourceful. We are remarkable. We are ready."

This week's Support Story is about the island getting a brand new look. It says;

Island Gets New Look

Construction penguins updated buildings around the island.

By Aunt Arctic- Now that the Blackout has ended, and all the extra snow is gone, did you notice something different about Club Penguin this week? If your answer was that nearly every building on the island looks news, you're right! It turns out that Rory and many other construction workers were working in secret, to try and help others weather the Blackout. "We  were trying to make 'em all warmer and sturdier." Rory commented. "And we thought-hey! Why not make 'em snazzier, shinier, and tastier too?" Take a waddle around the island this week, and admire the new architecture. It makes for a welcome sight after all the troubles of the last few weeks.

According to my calculations, an enormous ectoplasmic event is approaching. When Halloween arrives Oct. 18, the island will transform in many menacing and mysterious ways. This is our chance! I need help from all mad scientists, monster tour guides, trick-or-treating vampires, non-living sleds, superhero puffles, ninja robots and vegetarian pizza slices. We must search the  island for evidence of my long lost uncle, and solve this enigmatic riddle. Please be advised-the chance of encountering ghostly apparitions is 135%. Which means my ghost-scanner is already haunted... Do you dare to join the search? Start scouring the island October 18.

This week's Support Story is about the upcoming Halloween Igloo Decorating Contest. It says;

I found Gary examining some of the island's most mysterious Halloween artifacts. "I've studied this extensively," he said, picking up an antique key. "It doesn't fit any lock on the island, but it glows when you bring it inside the Pizza Shop." "And this book of spells screams when you flip to page 157. Most baffling, empirically speaking." "Ahh, and of course there's the exceptionally strange disappearance of my Great Uncle Gariwald VIII," added Gary, holding up a photograph. "Vanished without a trace. Mansion and all." "A most peculiar mystery. Perhaps this year I can get to the bottom of it!" Get ready for a positively frightening month of terrifying discovery. The party starts Oct. 18.

"Whether you're looking for a swimsuit, or just something comfy to wear around the town, you're going to look FAAAAAAAAABuulous!" Freshly suited penguins are then hitting the beaches. Down at the Cove, swimmers are turning up in droves. "Woohoo!" said one excited beach-goer. "Last one in  is a grouchy polar bear!" With even more wonderful weather in the forecast, party plans are underway to take advantage of it. "We're going to put together an awesome party!" said one planner at the Beach.
