By Aunt Arctic - Great news! All of our puffles have returned from the wilds and are safe and sound. The crisis is over!

Let's read this interesting feature story...

I want to extend a huge thank you to the EPF and volunteers that ventured into the wilderness to save our puffles. Together, you rescued puffles from their mind-controlling digging and stopped Herbert's horrible plan. It means a great deal to me and all of us on the island! Now is a good time to give your puffles a squeeze. Let them know how appreciated they are. I'm even thinking of adopting another one! I'm glad we were able to help them when they needed it, since the puffles have given us so much joy over the years. Take good care of your puffles and let's all look forward to happy Holidays and new year!

By Gary the Gadget Guy - Greetings! The hunt for Herbert is afoot. I've been analyzing the bran boxes that you have removed, and I am close to cracking Herbert's security systems. We've already managed to sneak Dot inside once. But to permanently shut down his broadcast device, we'll need full access. I'm prototyping a new gadget that will allow an agent to infiltrate Herbert's base. I don't envy the agent that has to jump into the belly of that beast, but it's the only way! Once inside, they can use the color chips to disrupt the mind control signal and free all the puffles. That'll be the end of his heinous invention!

By Aunt Arctic - My dear readers, puffles have been going missing all week. But, now we've found them any they need our help!

Let's read this interesting feature story...

An EPF investigation revealed the missing puffles are under mind control. They are surfacing in the wilds and digging up coins non-stop. They then bring these coins through tunnels to a hidden location. There are so many questions about these bizarre events, but we know that we need to help our pets! PH is familiar with the river and the rugged wilderness, so she's assisting the EPF in bringing the puffles home. Please help by heading to the Outpost behind the Ski Village to start a rescue expedition! Good luck and stay safe!

Support Story - "Brain box" unboxing
Now, this week's Support Story is about a puffle brain box being disassembled by Gary. Let's have a look at it...

By Gary the Gadget Guy - Greetings everyone. This horrible gadget I'm calling the "brain box" is responsible for our puffle's troubles. They make sure the puffle is digging all the time and bring the coins back to the owner. I've disassembled one that was brought in by a brave EPF agent and I'm afraid this tech looks very familiar. But, I won't let science be used for such nefarious purposes! I theorize that all of the puffles tuned into one network. If we can disable this network, we can stop this scheme. We'll need a chip from each color of puffle. Each one uses a slightly different frequency. Inserting them all into the tower will create catastrophic feedback in the network. There is just of the question of what that tower is... Please write in if you see where the puffles are bringing the coins. Finding that location is key to our whole plan!

My View

From this Operation Puffle teaser, we can see that a lot of puffles will become hypnotised by Herbert and do bad things! I hope that the EPF can foil Herbert's plan and save the puffles once and for all!

Firstly, at the Dance Club, the Keeper of the Boiler Room which usually sits in top of this speaker has disappeared...

...next, at the Stage, the Keeper of the Stage which usually makes an appearance in the stage play has disappeared...

...next, at the Mine, the black puffle which usually sits by the Puffle Rescue desk has disappeared...

...next, at the Box Dimension, Plok which usually flies pass the Box Dimension every 10 minutes has disappeared...

...I bet that Herbert has made these puffles disappear. I wonder if this is part of his plan as part of Operation Puffle? I also wonder how long it'll be before my puffles start to disappear?...

I don't like that the puffles are starting to disappear as it's nice to see them when waddling around Club Penguin. I really hope my puffles don't disappear. I know what you're up to Herbert!

Without the boiler in Club Penguin, it'll be getting a bit chillier, so we better fix the boiler or we'll all freeze like last year! I wonder why Herbert has damaged the boiler, maybe we'll find out soon...
