What do I do if I meet Rookie?
If you are successful in meeting Rookie, don't panic and just read this part of the post below.

1. The first thing to do if you meet Rookie is to add him to your buddy list, and remember to do that by clicking on the buddy icon on his playercard.
2. The second thing to do if you meet Rookie is to receive his free giveaway, which is only exclusive to The Fair. To get his giveaway, click on the box on his player card. 
3. The last thing to do if you meet Rookie is to enjoy his company, Rookie rarely visits the island so it would be a nice opportunity for you and him to have fun and enjoy The Fair!

My View
I hope that the people reading this post do get the opportunity to meet Rookie during The Fair as they don't visit the island that often. I would also advise that if you do meet Rookie receive his giveaway, as that may not return, and add them to your buddy list.

Who is Brady?
Brady is a performer who plays the Ukulele alongside his best friend McKenzie who sings. Brady and McKenzie are both characters from the Disney Channel Original Movie - Teen Beach Movie. In Teen Beach Movie, McKenzie and Brady travel back in time through a wave while surfing to Wet Side Story. Brady as well as McKenzie have a good friendship with DJ Cadence - who invited them to the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam.

Can we meet Brady?
Yes - Brady loves to visit Club Penguin on many occasions at events such as the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. If you meet Brady on Club Penguin, you could have received his free giveaway background and even add him as a buddy!
Brady likes to visit servers such as Alaska, Blizzard and Yeti. He can be found in popular rooms like Big Momma's and the Backstage. On Club Penguin, Brady would wear a Blonde Wig, a Blue Shirt and White Shorts.

Who is Herbert?
Herbert is a polar bear who causes trouble in Club Penguin, Herbert is well known for being one of Club Penguin's villains and Elite Penguin Force's suspect at large. On several occasions, Hebert has attacked Club Penguin with his sidekick Klutzy. One example of Herbert attacked Club Penguin was in 2012 for Operation Blackout, for this plan, Herbert put the whole island in darkness and dropped the temperature - with his base being a paradise, which was hot and cosy. Herbert arrived in Club Penguin in 2008, when Klutzy drag him to the shores of Club Penguin to stop Herbert from drowning. Herbert's personality seems to very grumpy, as he hates the cold.

Can we meet Herbert?
Penguins can meet Herbert in Club Penguin at certain events which involve the EPF like Operation Blackout and Operation Puffle. When penguins are in the same room as Herbert, Herbert will be twice the size of penguins, which will means that he'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Herbert likes to visit busy servers like Cozy, Alaska and Blizzard. Herbert also likes to visit rooms like the Town, the Ski Village and his lair (only available during certain events).

Giveaway Background
At this moment in time in Club Penguin, penguins can currently receive a giveaway from Herbert which looks like this...

The giveaway is called "Herbert's Hoard Giveaway" and shows Herbert and Klutzy in Herbert's Secret Lair which was used for Operation Puffle. Penguins can collect this giveaway by meeting Herbert in Club Penguin, and clicking the "box" on his playercard. You can also receive this giveaway (if you have Herbert on your friend's list) by clicking on Herbert on your buddy list and clicking on the "box" on his playercard.

Stamp

If you are on the same room as Herbert, you'll receive the Herbert Stamp automatically. The Herbert Stamp is Extreme difficulty which means it's quite hard to collect, here's what the Herbert Stamp looks like...

I think the character of Herbert is quite mischievous, which means havoc in Club Penguin! I like the idea that penguins can meet Herbert as he's different to meet than any other Club Penguin Character like Aunt Arctic and Gary.

Club Penguin Characters: Rookie

Hello penguins! This post will teach you about the history and personality of Club Penguin's adventurous pirate, Rookie. Let's find out more about Rookie...

Who is Rookie?
Rookie is a clumsy EPF agent who is well known for making mistakes during EPF missions, which usually favour the EPF's main villain, Herbert. Mistakes include giving Herbert his spy phone, which allowed Herbert to destroy the PSA HQ with a popcorn bomb, and ordering too many anvils, which led to the island sinking for the Underwater Expedition in 2012. Although Rookie has made many mistakes in the past, Rookie has been trusted to be the Comm Leader and Public Relations Officer of the EPF, which involves him telling penguins on the island about EPF's operations. Rookie has made countless appearances in EPF missions, levels of System Defender as well as PSA missions. However, Rookie's first ever appearance was in the PSA mission "Case of the Missing Coins" in which he was investigating the vault to look for the missing coins. When Rookie isn't busy helping out the EPF, Rookie usually helps to organise parties like the April Fool's Day Party, the Halloween Party and more recently The Fair. Rookie was first able to be met during The April Fools' Party in 2011. 

Can we meet Rookie?
Penguins can meet Rookie in Club Penguin at certain events like the Halloween Party and The Fair. When penguins are in the same room as Rookie, Rookie will wear certain items like his red hawaiian shirt and his red propeller cap, which will mean that he'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Rookie likes to visit busy servers like Alpine, Rainbow and Yeti. Rookie also likes to visit rooms like the Pizza Parlor and the Box Dimension.

Giveaway Background
At this moment in time in Club Penguin, penguins can currently receive a giveaway from Rookie which looks like this...

The giveaway is called "Rookie's Giveaway" and shows Rookie inside of the Pizza Parlor. Penguins can collect this giveaway by meeting Rookie in Club Penguin, and by clicking the "box" on his playercard, if you have added him as a friend.

If you are on the same room as Rookie, you'll receive the Rookie Stamp automatically. The Rookie Stamp is an extreme difficulty which means it's very hard to collect, here's what the Rookie Stamp looks like...

My View

I do think that the character of Rookie can be clumsy at some times but when he doesn't make mistakes, Rookie can be a very fun character to be around. I also like how Rookie takes responsibility for some things like organising the Halloween Party in 2013.

Who is Gary?
Gary is an inventor and a scientist in Club Penguin, he is well known for creating inventions around the island such as the Penguin Standard Time Clock Tower at The Snow Forts and the Switchbox 3000 at The Stage, this has given him the nickname "Gary the Gadget Guy". Gary is very committed to staying in his private lab and creating gadgets which penguins might use in every day life in Club Penguin. Gary is also quite known for being involved with the Elite Penguin Force (EPF), to EPF agents, Gary can also be known as Technical Lead. As Technical Lead, Gary assists the EPF to complete their missions by using gadgets which he has created. Gary also has a puffle which is called "Darwin" after the famous scientist, Darwin is a blue stegosaurus dino puffle, which could be adopted during the Prehistoric Party 2014.

Can we meet Gary?
Penguins can meet Gary in Club Penguin at certain events like the Halloween Party and the Medieval Party. When penguins are in the same room as Gary, Gary will wear certain items like his pirate hat and his lab coast, which will means that he'll be easier to spot in a crowd of penguins. Gary likes to visit busy servers like Alpine, Below Zero and Yukon. Gary also likes to visit rooms like the Ski Village, the Coffee Shop and rooms which are only open during parties and events in Club Penguin.

At this moment in time in Club Penguin, penguins can currently receive a giveaway from Gary which looks like this...

The giveaway is called "Gary's Prehistoric Giveaway" and shows Gary outside one his inventions "The Time Trekker". Rockhopper is Here!

Hello Penguins! Today Club Penguin's favorite pirate, Rockhopper docked into Club Penguin for the Holiday Party...

...on the Migrator, Rockhopper has made it festive by putting up some decorations...

...up in the Crow's Nest, there are some great views of the Aurora Borealis. There is also a very big Rockhopper snowman!...

...down in the Ship's Hold, there is a big Christmas tree with some presents under it...

...While, we're in the Ship Hold let's have a look at the festive edition of Rockhopper's Rare Items...

Rockhopper's Rare Items are a free Pirate Stuffie for everyone, the Festive Sweater for 400 coins and the Festive Socks for 200 coins.

I love the Pirate Stuffie! I hope Club Penguin makes more stuffies based on Club Penguin Characters!

In the Captain's Quarter, the game Treasure Hunt has returned! There is also a donation station in the Captain's Quarters.

Rockhopper has also updated his to do list for the Holiday Party...

As well as the Migrator, Rockhopper has brought a brand new giveaway background just for the Holiday Party, here is what it looks like...

All penguins who meet Rockhopper during the Holiday Party, will be able to collect this exclusive giveaway. I think that Rockhopper's Holiday Giveaway looks very awesome! I love how Rockhopper has joined in with the festivities by wearing a Santa Hat on top of his Pirate Hat. We can also see that he is standing in a big pile of coins! I wonder where he is? I can't wait to meet Rockhopper and collect his exclusive giveaway for the Holiday Party.
