Hello penguins! As it's a Monday, it's about time that we enjoy another episode of The Spoiler Alert, created by the Club Penguin Team. In this week's episode, Ninja, Lilac Ren, Polo Field and Megg present a "futuristic" episode of The Spoiler Alert. This episode features some sneak peeks of updates coming this week including the Club Penguin Times and the May 2014 edition of the Penguin Style catalog. It seems that Rockhopper has made some progress in sailing towards Club Penguin since last week. I wonder what Rockhopper has got in his hold in The Migrator, maybe he's got some rare items from his travels! I can't wait for The Migator to land next week, as it'll mean we'll be able to find out what Rockhopper has been doing for the past few months.

What a surprise! I wasn't expecting Rockopper to return! From The Migator's current position in the telescope, I will predict that Rockhopper will be in Club Penguin in up to 2 - 3 weeks. I wonder why Rockhopper is coming to Club Penguin? Has he found an amazing treasure which he wants to share with everybody? Only time will tell.

Club Penguin Rooms: The Beacon

Information
The Beacon is a room in Club Penguin which is located on the top of the Lighthouse building at the Beach. In Club Penguin, the Beacon is a popular room with penguins who to take a look of Club Penguin and look through the telescope. The Beacon is also known for having the game "Jet Pack Adventure" in it, which penguins can play by clicking the jet pack pad on the right of the room. From the Beacon, penguins can only waddle on the Lighthouse. The Beacon is quite an old room in Club Penguin, opened in 2006.

History
The Beacon has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2006, making it one of the oldest rooms in Club Penguin. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Beacon was the green puffle's domain during the Puffle Party 2012 and has been a red light bulb for the Holiday Party 2009. In 2011, the Beacon's design was altered slightly, and the lines in the design were cleaner.

Trivia
  • At The Beacon, penguins can look through the telescope to see if Rockhopper is close to Club Penguin.
  • Penguins can switch on and off the light bulb at the Beacon by clicking the switch.
My View
I like that the Beacon is a place where penguins can go to see beautiful views. I also like how penguins can look through the telescope and see Rockhopper when he is making his way to Club Penguin.

Club Penguin Rooms: The Lighthouse

Information
The Lighthouse is a room in Club Penguin which is located inside of the Lighthouse building at the Beach. In Club Penguin, the Lighthouse is a popular room with penguins who want to practice with their band and watch bands perform. The Lighthouse is also known for having a music catalog in it, which penguins can buy musical instruments from, penguins can access it by clicking on the icon in the bottom-right corner. From the Lighthouse, penguins can waddle to The Beach and The Beacon. The Lighthouse is quite an old room in Club Penguin, opened in 2006.

History
The Lighthouse has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2006, making it one of the oldest rooms in Club Penguin. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Lighthouse has been a movie theatre showing the "Night of the Living Sled" movies and has been a wizard tower for the Medieval Party 2012. In 2012, when most rooms were updated, the Lighthouse's design didn't change.

Trivia
  • The Lighthouse is one of the only rooms in Club Penguin to have the same design when it was released in 2005.
  • To get to the Beacon quickly, you can click on the "To Top" sign in the top-left corner.
  • In 2007, the stage was constructed at the Lighthouse.
My View
I like that the Lighthouse has a stage in it, as it encourages penguins to make a band and perform! I also like the pictures on the wall of the Lighthouse and how they remind me of the history of Club Penguin.

...The Migrator looks like it is one week away from Club Penguin, which means that Rockhopper will be bringing some festive cargo including train tracks to the Holiday Party.

I love that the Rockhopper is bring some festive cargo for this year's Holiday Party. Hopefully those train tracks will help Rookie and Gary to transport coins using the train.

Hello Penguins!

Here at Club Penguin, we are always looking for a good party! It's true, we LOVE celebrating whenever we get the chance. Some of you may have seen the fireworks already and are wondering why. To celebrate of course!

In some places around the world, the Festival of Lights is celebrated with the lighting of fireworks and sparklers that light up the night sky. So we added some fireworks to Club Penguin!

I love the idea that Club Penguin has hidden the Calculator Pin in such a high place - which makes it hard to find! Remember penguins, the Calculator Pin will be only hidden for 2 weeks! So make sure you collect it!
