Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

It's time to focus on the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. Let's get started with the very first In Focus for May 2014 in Club Penguin which is about the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

The Forest is one of the many rooms in Club Penguin, which penguins can waddle around in and interact with the room's scenery. In the Forest, there are a collection of trees which can also be found in other rooms in the island, as well as other natural features like a waterfall. From the Forest, penguins can waddle to other rooms in Club Penguin like the Plaza, Hidden Lake, Cove and also Mine Shack. This room was opened in 2007 after it was discovered in the area located to the east of The Plaza. Since it's discovery in 2007, the Forest has changed many times. One of the first updates to The Forest was the addition of an entrance to the Cove, which can be found in the bottom-right corner. More recently, The Forest was given a brand new design to make it fit in with the other rooms around it which were previously updated, like the Cove which was updated in September 2013 after the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. The Forest's update was very important to penguins as it was one of the last rooms on the island to be updated. The Forest has also played a part in some of the events and parties which have occurred in Club Penguin. A good example of this would be when the Forest was decorated with game booths for The Fair 2012, in which penguins could earn tickets, as well as earning tickets penguins could also buy some awesome prizes with their tickets. The Forest is a very calm room, which makes it a popular room with penguins who want to escape the noise of Club Penguin and embrace the nature which can be found here. Without the Forest in Club Penguin, many penguins would find it hard to take a look at Club Penguin's natural feature from up close and relax.

My View

I like how there is so many natural features which can be found in the Forest, which makes it also have a very calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing penguins. I love how this room is so calm and relaxing as this makes it different from all of the other rooms which you can find in Club Penguin.

Club Penguin: EPF Message from Gary - 06/02/14

Gary sends EPF Agents a message about the effects of present day Club Penguin from time travel
Hello penguins! As Club Penguin has updated recently, it's about time that somebody sent us an EPF message to our EPF Spy Phones. This week, it's the turn of Gary and he has sent us an EPF message about how the present day Club Penguin has been affected by time travel. Let's have a look at the EPF message from Gary...

Club Penguin: EPF Message from Gary - 06/02/14
Club Penguin: EPF Message from Gary - 06/02/14

...here is what Gary said...
Our trip to the past was a success! The Forest changed but didn't have any negative effects. We'll need to observe the Iceberg for changes still.
My View
Thanks for this interesting message Gary! I will make sure to see if there are any negative affects on the Iceberg in present day Club Penguin.

Club Penguin Rooms: The Hidden Lake

Let's explore and find out more about one of Club Penguin's many rooms, the Hidden Lake...
Hello penguins! In this post, we'll be exploring one of Club Penguin's many rooms, the Hidden Lake. Below you'll find information, history and even some trivia on the Hidden Lake in Club Penguin. Let's get started...

Club Penguin Rooms: The Hidden Lake
Club Penguin Rooms: The Hidden Lake

Information
The Hidden Lake is a room in Club Penguin which is located underneath the Forest. In Club Penguin, the Hidden Lake is a popular room with penguins who want to find treasure and relax. The Hidden Lake is well known for being the place where members can access a hidden room called "The Underwater" which can only be accessed by finding a key in the game "Puffle Rescue". From the Hidden Lake, penguins can waddle to the Gold Mine, the Forest and the Underwater. The Hidden Lake is a room in Club Penguin, which opened in 2010.

History
The Hidden Lake has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2010, which is makes it an old room in Club Penguin. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Hidden Lake has had it's own mini game which involved crabs for the Adventure Party 2011 and was involved in a cave in, in November 2013. When most of the designs of rooms changed in 2012, this room design wasn't changed.

Trivia
  • This is one of the only rooms in Club Penguin, to still have its own design.
  • This room is usually quiet, as its entrances are either a secret or not used that much.
My View
I like that the Hidden Lake is a quiet room, as it's nice to have a place where penguins can relax and calm down. I also like how this room is kind of hidden, which makes it a special, secret room.

Your Say

Club Penguin: Stone Scissors Pin

A new pin has been hidden somewhere in Club Penguin - the Stone Scissors Pin
Hello penguins! As it's been two weeks since the last pin was hidden (the Holiday Gift Pin Pin), so that means, it's about time Club Penguin hid a new pin! Below, I have created a step-by-step guide which will help you to find the new pin - the Stone Scissors Pin!

1 - Where is the New Pin?
The new pin has been hidden in a place which is less popular than rooms such as the Town. The new pin in Club Penguin has been hidden in the Forest, as you can see below...

Club Penguin: Stone Scissors Pin

...specifically in the Forest, the Stone Scissors Pin can be found on the left side of the forest .

2 - How can I collect the Stone Scissors Pin?
The Stone Scissors Pin in Club Penguin can simply collected by just clicking on it...

Club Penguin: Stone Scissors Pin

...if you have done this correctly, a blue pop-up box will appear on your screen which will look like this...

Club Penguin: Stone Scissors Pin

...to collect the Stone Scissors Pin, all you have to do is click on the "Yes" Button.

3 - How long have I got to collect the Stone Scissors Pin?
To collect the Stone Scissors Pin in Club Penguin, you'll have a whole two weeks to collect it. Make sure you collect the Stone Scissors Pin, as it'll disappear in two weeks and never return!

My View
I like that the Stone Scissors Pin has been hidden in a less popular room, this makes it harder for penguins to find! The Stone Scissors Pin will only been hidden in Club Penguin for 2 weeks! The Stone Scissors Pin has probably been hidden for the upcoming Prehistoric Party as it looks like what scissors caveguins would've used in the prehistoric age.

Your Say

The Plaza is a room is Club Penguin which is located roughly on the right side of the Club Penguin island. In Club Penguin, the Plaza is a popular room with penguins as they can meet their buddies or other penguins, the Plaza may also be the first rooms a penguin would see when they log into Club Penguin. The Plaza is well known for the four buildings which are in it: the Pet Shop, the Puffle Hotel, the Stage and the Pizza Parlor. From the Plaza, penguins can waddle to the Snow Forts, the Pet Shop, the Cave, the Puffle Hotel, the Stage, the Pizza Parlor as well as the Forest.

History
The Plaza has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2006, the Plaza is an old room in Club Penguin but not the oldest. In 2007, the Stage was added to the Plaza and in 2013, the Puffle Hotel was added to the Plaza. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Plaza has had a red carpet in it leading to The Stage as part of the Penguin Play Awards 2010 and has acted as downtown in Penguinopolis for the Marvel Superhero Takeover 2012. The Plaza is also the room which has had the most graphical updates since its release in 2006, the most major graphical update was in 2012 to its current design (without the Puffle Hotel).

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Plaza

Let's Focus on the Plaza in Club Penguin...
Hello penguins! It's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus. This week's In Focus is about the Plaza in Club Penguin...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Plaza

...The Plaza is one of Club Penguin's most popular rooms, and who wouldn't be surprised with all of the interesting attractions like the Puffle Hotel and the Stage. The Plaza has been in a room in Club Penguin since 2006, and since then, the Plaza has encountered some graphical changes. The largest graphical change came in 2012, when the Plaza was given a brand new look, and was made more 3D. Since then, penguins can also see the Stadium and the Mine Shack from the Plaza. At The Plaza, penguins can access, the Snow Forts, the Pet Shop, the Puffle Hotel, the Stage, the Pizza Parlor and the Forest. In 2013, the Plaza gained a fourth building - the Puffle Hotel, which was opened for penguins and puffles to work out, eat and relax! Without the Plaza, Club Penguin wouldn't be as interesting, as there wouldn't be a place for penguins to meet up and do things like eat pizza or watch a play...

My View
I live how the Plaza has so many attractions within it, this makes the room more popular, and a better place for penguins to meet up.
