Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

It's time to focus on the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. Let's get started with the very first In Focus for May 2014 in Club Penguin which is about the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

The Forest is one of the many rooms in Club Penguin, which penguins can waddle around in and interact with the room's scenery. In the Forest, there are a collection of trees which can also be found in other rooms in the island, as well as other natural features like a waterfall. From the Forest, penguins can waddle to other rooms in Club Penguin like the Plaza, Hidden Lake, Cove and also Mine Shack. This room was opened in 2007 after it was discovered in the area located to the east of The Plaza. Since it's discovery in 2007, the Forest has changed many times. One of the first updates to The Forest was the addition of an entrance to the Cove, which can be found in the bottom-right corner. More recently, The Forest was given a brand new design to make it fit in with the other rooms around it which were previously updated, like the Cove which was updated in September 2013 after the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. The Forest's update was very important to penguins as it was one of the last rooms on the island to be updated. The Forest has also played a part in some of the events and parties which have occurred in Club Penguin. A good example of this would be when the Forest was decorated with game booths for The Fair 2012, in which penguins could earn tickets, as well as earning tickets penguins could also buy some awesome prizes with their tickets. The Forest is a very calm room, which makes it a popular room with penguins who want to escape the noise of Club Penguin and embrace the nature which can be found here. Without the Forest in Club Penguin, many penguins would find it hard to take a look at Club Penguin's natural feature from up close and relax.

My View

I like how there is so many natural features which can be found in the Forest, which makes it also have a very calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing penguins. I love how this room is so calm and relaxing as this makes it different from all of the other rooms which you can find in Club Penguin.

Hello penguins! In this post, we'll be exploring one of Club Penguin's many rooms, the Forest. Below you'll find information, history and even some trivia on Forest in Club Penguin. Let's get started...

Club Penguin Rooms: The Forest

Club Penguin Rooms: The Forest

Information

The Forest is a room is Club Penguin which is located on the right side of the Club Penguin island. In Club Penguin, the Forest is a quiet room with penguins as it's a great place to have a look at the nature in Club Penguin. The Forest is quite well known for being quiet as there aren't any buildings in it, it's a great place for penguins to relax. There is also a hidden entrance to the Hidden Lake in the Forest, just click on the boulder in the bottom-left of the Forest. From the Forest, penguins can waddle to The Plaza, Hidden Lake, The Mine Shack and The Cove.

History
The Forest has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2007 when it was discovered by explorers, this makes it quite an old room in Club Penguin. Shortly after the Forest was discovered in 2007, the Yellow Puffle was sighted here during the Halloween Party 2007. In 2007, the stairs to the Cove were constructed and added. In 2010, a pathway was added to the Forest which leads to the Mine Shack, which can be found in the top-right corner of the Forest as well as the secret entrance to the Hidden Lake. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Forest has been a tropical paradise as part of the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam in 2013 and has been set to shoot a music video as part of the Ultimate Jam in 2012. In 2014, the Forest got a brand new design to its current design.

Trivia

  • The Forest is regularly decorated for parties and events in Club Penguin, as it's quite empty.
  • The Forest is one of the only room in Club Penguin to not have anything besides trees and rocks.

Club Penguin Rooms: The Plaza

Let's explore and find out more about one of Club Penguin's many rooms, the Plaza...
Hello penguins! In this post, we'll be exploring one of Club Penguin's many rooms, the Plaza. Below you'll find information, history and even some trivia on the Plaza in Club Penguin. Let's get started...

Club Penguin Rooms: The Plaza

Information
The Plaza is a room is Club Penguin which is located roughly on the right side of the Club Penguin island. In Club Penguin, the Plaza is a popular room with penguins as they can meet their buddies or other penguins, the Plaza may also be the first rooms a penguin would see when they log into Club Penguin. The Plaza is well known for the four buildings which are in it: the Pet Shop, the Puffle Hotel, the Stage and the Pizza Parlor. From the Plaza, penguins can waddle to the Snow Forts, the Pet Shop, the Cave, the Puffle Hotel, the Stage, the Pizza Parlor as well as the Forest.

History
The Plaza has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2006, the Plaza is an old room in Club Penguin but not the oldest. In 2007, the Stage was added to the Plaza and in 2013, the Puffle Hotel was added to the Plaza. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Plaza has had a red carpet in it leading to The Stage as part of the Penguin Play Awards 2010 and has acted as downtown in Penguinopolis for the Marvel Superhero Takeover 2012. The Plaza is also the room which has had the most graphical updates since its release in 2006, the most major graphical update was in 2012 to its current design (without the Puffle Hotel).

Trivia

The Snow Forts is a room is Club Penguin which is located roughly in the centre of the Club Penguin island. In Club Penguin, the Town is a popular room with penguins as it's a great place to have a snowball fight with your buddies and other penguins. The Snow Forts is quite well known for it's two snow forts (one with a blue flag, the other with a red flag). It is also known for containing the Club Penguin Time Zone clock in it, which tells penguins what time it in Penguin Standard Time. From the Snow Forts, penguins can waddle to The Town, The Stadium and The Plaza.

History
The Snow Forts has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2005 when Club Penguin was released, it is in fact one of Club Penguin's oldest rooms. In 2007 in The Snow Forts, the Clock Tower was added. My View
I like how penguins can have snowball fights at the Snow Forts, this also brings buddies and penguins together, which is great! I also like how the Snow Forts has a Clock Tower in it as it helps penguins to find out what the time is in Club Penguin. This could also be useful when penguins are meeting up in Club Penguin (e.g. "We'll meet at 6PM Penguin Standard Time at the Snow Forts").
