Club Penguin June 2014 Party - CONFIRMED!

Club Penguin Team Member, Polo Field confirms June Party in Club Penguin on Twitter
Hello penguins! Recently on Twitter, well known Club Penguin Team Member has been tweeting some photos of his work, including producing episodes of The Spoiler Alert. However in his most recent picture, Polo Field has given away the details of the party which will take place in Club Penguin in June 2013. You'll be able to find out what party it is by taking a look at Polo Field's photo below...

Club Penguin June 2014 Party - CONFIRMED!
I know that many of you are doubting my claim to knowing what the June 2014 Party is but the photo below will confirm my claim. Let's take a look at the photo posted by Polo Field...

Club Penguin June 2014 Party - CONFIRMED!

...in the photo above, we can see Polo Field in the center who is wearing a Beta Hat in real life, as said in the caption for the photo. However to the left and right of Polo Field, we can see the parties which will be taking place in May and June. This is confirmed due to the fact that we can see that the Future Party will occur in May to the left of Polo Field. To the right of Polo Field, we can see the name of the June Party which has been blocked off by Polo Field's hat a bit, but from "uin Cup" we can tell the name of the party may be "Penguin Cup." This would suggest that the June Party may have something to do with the World Cup which is also taking place in June.

My View
Thanks Polo Field! I like that Polo Field has kind of confirmed the June 2014 party to be the Penguin Cup! I can't wait for the Penguin Cup and I also can't wait to find out how we'll celebrate!

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

It's time to focus on the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. Let's get started with the very first In Focus for May 2014 in Club Penguin which is about the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

The Forest is one of the many rooms in Club Penguin, which penguins can waddle around in and interact with the room's scenery. In the Forest, there are a collection of trees which can also be found in other rooms in the island, as well as other natural features like a waterfall. From the Forest, penguins can waddle to other rooms in Club Penguin like the Plaza, Hidden Lake, Cove and also Mine Shack. This room was opened in 2007 after it was discovered in the area located to the east of The Plaza. Since it's discovery in 2007, the Forest has changed many times. One of the first updates to The Forest was the addition of an entrance to the Cove, which can be found in the bottom-right corner. More recently, The Forest was given a brand new design to make it fit in with the other rooms around it which were previously updated, like the Cove which was updated in September 2013 after the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. The Forest's update was very important to penguins as it was one of the last rooms on the island to be updated. The Forest has also played a part in some of the events and parties which have occurred in Club Penguin. A good example of this would be when the Forest was decorated with game booths for The Fair 2012, in which penguins could earn tickets, as well as earning tickets penguins could also buy some awesome prizes with their tickets. The Forest is a very calm room, which makes it a popular room with penguins who want to escape the noise of Club Penguin and embrace the nature which can be found here. Without the Forest in Club Penguin, many penguins would find it hard to take a look at Club Penguin's natural feature from up close and relax.

My View

I like how there is so many natural features which can be found in the Forest, which makes it also have a very calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing penguins. I love how this room is so calm and relaxing as this makes it different from all of the other rooms which you can find in Club Penguin.

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Party

It's time to focus on the annual party in Club Penguin to celebrate puffles, The Puffle Party...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. April is the month of puffles in Club Penguin, which means that every In Focus in April will be related to Puffles! Let's get started with the third in the series of puffle-related In Focus for this month, which is the Puffle Party in Club Penguin...

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Party

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Party

The Puffle Party is an annual event/party in Club Penguin which is designed to celebrate Puffles. In Club Penguin, there has been a Puffle Party every year since 2009, which means there have been 6 Puffle Parties in Club Penguin including the one which is currently going on. Until the current Puffle Party (Puffle Party 2014), there had been special areas around the island dedicated to individual puffle species. For example, the Beacon was decorated for the puffle species, the Green Puffle. A common theme associated with the Puffle Party, is discovery as puffle species tend to be discovered within a month before or after the party. However more recently, Puffles have been discovered a week or two before the party starts. For example, 2 weeks before last year's Puffle Party (Puffle Party 2013), the Rainbow Puffle species was discovered in clouds above Club Penguin, which lead PH to build the Puffle Hotel. Two common additions to the Puffle Party from the past two Puffle Parties is a new room, which allow puffle owners to care for their puffles and a new puffle species which is generally only available to members. The Puffle Party is also quite popular with penguins on the island, so popular that even some Club Penguin characters like to appear at them. At the Puffle Party 2011, Club Penguin's resident DJ, Cadence made an appearance and hosted a party at the Night Club Rooftop to celebrate puffles. However since the Puffle Party 2012, Club Penguin's resident puffle expert, PH has made an appearance at the Puffle Party sharing her knowledge of puffles with the penguins she meets. A popular feature which has made the Puffle Parties in Club Penguin more fun is to transform into a puffle, which had never been available in Club Penguin, this feature was first available for penguins to use at the Puffle Party in 2012. Without the Puffle Parties in Club Penguin, we wouldn't be able to show how much we love our puffles as much!

My View
I like that the Puffle Party returns each year. I also like that the Puffle Party is an event which uis designed to celebrate our pet puffles, as they deserve it! I love the features which they add to the Puffle Party each year like being able to transform into a puffle.

Your Say
Now it's time for your say! What do you think of this week's In Focus about the Puffle Parties? What do you like about the Puffle Parties? What is your favourite Puffle Party and why? Select your reaction of this post below and share us your thoughts by leaving a comment below.

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Clothes Shop

It's time to focus on the Clothes Shop, the place to shop for Fashion...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about the place to shop for Fashion in Club Penguin! Let's focus on the Clothes Shop...

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Clothes Shop
Club Penguin - In Focus - The Clothes Shop

...the Clothes Shop is a room in Club Penguin, which penguins go to, to buy clothes from the latest edition of the Penguin Style catalog. As well as the Penguin Style catalog, penguins can also take a look at the latest edition of the Treasure Book. The Clothes Shop has been in Club Penguin since 2006, and used to be called The Gift Shop before it was changed in 2012. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Clothes Shop has been decorated for many parties and events. There was even an event in 2012 (The Fashion Show), in which the whole room was decorated, and was the center of the event. The Clothes Shop is also decorated for the current Muppets World Tour as a Museum which has priceless artifacts and jewels in. Without the Clothes Shop, penguins would find it hard to buy things from the Penguin Style catalog and the Treasure Book, or even keep up with the fashion in Club Penguin...

    My View
I like the Clothes Shop as it's a great place for penguins to get suited in Club Penguin's latest fashion! I also like that the Penguin Style catalog is updated every month with the latest styles from Club Penguin

Club Penguin - In Focus - Emoticons

It's time to focus on Emoticons, a way for penguins to show their emotions...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about emoticons, which can be used by penguins to show their emotions to other penguins. Let's focus on emoticons..

Club Penguin - In Focus - Emoticons

Club Penguin - In Focus - Emoticons

...emoticons are a great way for penguins to show how they feel to other penguins. From showing that they're happy from sad and even showing that they want some ice cream, emoticons cover a wide range of real-life emotions. In Club Penguin, there are over 20 emoticons which penguins can use. However, more emoticons are added during events and parties in Club Penguin. For example, during the Puffle Party 2013, there was a special Rainbow Puffle emoticon. Emoticons are so popular in Club Penguin, there is even a special emoticons background, which you can see above. Without emoticons, penguins would struggle to show how they feel in Club Penguin...

      My View
I like that there are so many emoticons which can be used! I also like the random emoticons like the Popcorn Emote and the Ice Cream Emote. I also like special emotes which can be used specially during events and parties in Club Penguin.

Now it's time for your say! What do you think of emoticons? What do you like about emoticons? What is your favourite emoticon in Club Penguin? Select your reaction of this post below and share us your thoughts by leaving a comment below.

Club Penguin - Getting To Know The Emoticons

...Emoticons are very useful to penguins who want to show their emotions. For example, if something funny happens in Club Penguin, they can use the Laughing emoticon to show that they find that thing funny. As well as the normal emoticons in Club Penguin, there are also emoticons which can only be used during parties and events in Club Penguin...

      My View

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Fair

It's time to focus on the Fair, one of Club Penguin's funnest parties...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is all about the current party in Club Penguin, The Fair...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Fair

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Fair

...The Fair has been a party in Club Penguin since 2007, and has been a party in Club Penguin each year except 2013. Before 2009, the Fair used by called "The Fall Fair" as it would occur during fall in September. Since 2009, the party has been known as The Fair. One thing which hasn't changed since it's introduction in 2007 is that The Fair has had Fair games which penguins can win tickets in and use to get fabulous Fair prizes! Since the Fair in 2007 to the Fair in 2011, The Fair's CP character was Rockhopper who brought cargo for The Fair on his ship, The Migrator. However, in 2012 to the present day, the character changed to Rookie, as Rockhopper was busy searching for the treasure. What makes this party popular and fun with penguins on the island is that it isn't just about going online and grabbing some free items, it's about earning tickets, getting prizes and having fun! Now in Club Penguin, there is currently a Fair going on, and let me just say, it's the biggest on the Club Penguin island! With an amazement park with rides and games, who wouldn't get bored and not have fun there! Without The Fair, I think Club Penguin would struggle to create a party which penguins would enjoy and have fun!

        My View
I like the Fair in Club Penguin, as there are so many fun things to do! I also like to play Fair games during The Fair so I can earn awesome prizes! Every year in Club Penguin, I most look forward to this party.

I also love the prizes which penguins can earn from their gold fair tickets, my favourite prize is the Fluffy Stuffie!

Polo Field tweets details of the party in March in Club Penguin on Twitter
Hello penguins! Recently on Twitter, Polo Field has tweeted about the party in Club Penguin will take place in March. However, he hasn't given that much away about what the March party will be. Anyway, let's have a look at Polo Field's tweet...
...from Polo Field's tweet, we can see that he isn't giving anything away, which must mean that it must be a rather big party. He has also said that a clue about the party will be revealed during the Prehistoric Party or after it...

This tweet has really made me think, as I assumed that the Puffle Party would return in March like last year. I'm can't even guess what kind of party it will be, but I can presume that it will be a new party and a big one!

This book can be read by clicking on the bookcase in the Book Room.

Let's have a read of Penguin Tales: Volume 2...
Hello penguins! In this section, we'll be reading through the book "Penguin Tales: Volume 2". Let's have a read...

Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2

This is what the front cover of Penguin Tales: Volume 2 looks like...

Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2

Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
Foreword: This book contains the winning stories of the second ever Club Penguin Book Room Writing Contest that took place in April 2008. Many penguins submitted stories and three winners were chosen. Congratulations to Chochypop, Sammysays, and Lolliepops10 for their excellent stories. Read and enjoy!

...The Day my Puffle Went On an Adventure by Chochypop...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...My Puffle, Pickles, had always been up to his neck in trouble. But I never quite thought any puffle - not even Pickles - could be so mischievous! It was a fine spring morning on the island and the air was light and crisp in the gleaming sun. I latched my bright green puffle, Pickles, onto the lead and together we said goodbye to my other puffles, stepping out into the winter wonderland that was Club Penguin. Pickles skipped along, leaving me to drag behind him. I was planning to go to meet my friends at the Dock, to have a snowball fight against the red team, when Pickles darted ahead! His pull was so strong that I had to let go of the lead, and he scampered off into the trees, submerging into the wilderness of Club Penguin. I stumbled after him, searching frantically, but he was nowhere to be seen...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...Meanwhile, Pickles was enjoying his rare freedom, wandering around the huge, snow-topped trees. After about three hours walking in the wild, he came to a huge cave. He peered inside, immensely curious. The inside of the cave stretched out like a long, long corridor. Pickles shuffled inside, sniffing the ground as he went. Suddenly, a shadow emerged from the darkness. "Hello?" whispered a very familiar voice. A blue penguin stepped out from the shadows. It was Gary the Gadget Guy! "Oh, hello young puffle!" Gary bent down to stroke the surprised puffle. "And I was just wanting a little creature like you to test out my latest invention!" he continued excitedly. Without another word he scooped Pickles into his flippers and...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...they both waddled off into the depth of the cave. Gary carried Pickles to an outdoor testing area where he was getting ready to launch something. "Ready younfgpuffle?" Gary asked as he strapped Pickles into a little cockpit. "This is the PufflePoster1002!" He declared proudly. "It is designed to get puffles to carry mail to penguins' igloos quick as a wink!" He pulled down a lever. "Ready, steady, GO!" He released the lever and the cockpit, along with Pickles, soared into the air...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...At that moment, I was standing on the mountain, scanning the wilderness for Pickles, when suddenly the cockpit zoomed in and landed with a huge BANG! I raced over to the little metal ball. As I was looking anxiously into the glass windowpane, a little ball of fluffy green fur emerged from the cockpit, looking bedraggled. At that moment, I knew it was him. "PICKLES!" I yelped, lifting him up into my arms and cuddling him close. He grinned sheepishly up at me. I took him in my arms and we walked home together. Later on Gary came to tell me the whole story, and boy will I never let Pickles out of my sight again! The End...

Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...The secret mission was assigned to me. I knew it was serious. They said to come alone and tell no one of my whereabouts. I could feel the suspense rising as I entered the HQ. "Agent, you're the only one qualified to take on such a serious duty," G said with a dignified tone. "Tell me more," I answered, trying not to sound too eager. "Three of our finest agents went on a mission yesterday, but they never came back." I felt a bad feeling in my left flipper. You see, when there is trouble, my left flipper gets a little twitch. "Where were they headed?" I questioned. "Someone had called saying that the Pizza Parlor was broken into. they found a lead and went to the Forest...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...We lost all communication after that," G explained. "Here: take this. Just in case," he said handing me a jetpack. I decided to get right down to it. I immediately went to the Pizza Parlor. I began asking the owner a couple of questions. "They came in and asked what I saw then they searched the place." he answered/ He didn't act at all suspicious so I kept up my search. As I went outside I heard a scraping noise coming from the Lighthouse. I rushed to the source, but it was only Captain Rockhopper scraping the ice...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...of his ship. I decided to head into the Forest. Suddenly I saw a dark figure move through the trees. As quiet as a mouse I moved towards its. Then I saw it, and wished it had been something besides a black puffle. "No luck so far," I thought bitterly. Then a distress call came in on my Spy Phone. I rushed to the Cove, where it was coming from. I looked but there seemed to be no disturbance. "Help!" a raspy voice whispered, and I saw one of the agents amongst the kelp. I quickly checked him over for injuries, but he was fine. "What happened?" I asked, frightened at the exhausted...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...penguin before me. "We were checking the Forest when we heard a noise, then we were wiped out by a wave," he said hoarsely. "My voice went bad as I called for help." I tried not to question him too much for for his voice would be completely lost. "Where are the others?" I asked as I helped prop him up on a log. "I don't know. I heard something like a horn but then I fainted." He tried to say more but I shushed him. "I'll get you to the Lodge to warm up and get some rest." He thanked me for his rescue and I continued my investigation. With no luck finding the other agents on the shore I went to investigate the Dock. When I got there I was shocked to seen an abandoned Spy Phone, and the boat that usually sat the was gone. Just then I saw movement in the ocean; it was the two other agents!...
        ...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
..."We rain out of fuel, please help us!" they cried. "I will!" I called back. Quickly as I could I started up the jetpack "Why are you out here?" I asked hovering above the boat. "We were wiped out by a wave on the shore of the Cove. Our fellow agent was nowhere to be found so we decided to go looking." one said....
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
..."Well the other penguin is safe and sound at the Lodge, so let's just get you to safety," I said grasping one flipper of one of the agents tightly. "Now you grab her flipper," I instructed. He did so and I flew them to the ground. "Thanks a million," they said. "I reported back to the HQ. G was very amazed at the major feat I had performed. "Excellent work Agent!" I just laughed and said, "All in a day's work!" The End...

        ...My Puffle's Party by Lolliepops10...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...The best party surprise that I've ever seen was when my puffle decided to host my party for me. It started when I was walking towards my igloo one winter day, and I was quite sad. It was my birthday the next day, and nobody had said Happy Birthday yet. Every year all my friends sent me a card to wish me a Happy Birthday, but I hadn't even seen any of them for the past week. I wasn't bored though; you can't really get bored in Club Penguin. I just keep doing the usual, working shifts at the Coffee Shop, and playing games. I wanted to have a disco party this year, but since I hadn't...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...seen any of my friends, there was nobody to invite. So there I was walking home when my puffle, Billy, came up to me and nuzzled my flipper. I laughed, and put his lead on before he got lost. The poor little fellow gets lost everywhere, even in my igloo! I wish puffles could communicate properly with penguins, if they could I would'nt have been so sad for the next day. The next morning when I woke up I was surprised to see... well, that's the thing - I was surprised to see nothing at all! My eyes were tied shut tightly. This was the work of no puffle; a penguin had done this! I felt the cloth with my flipper, and was even more surprised to feel that my blindfold was made out of tatty gift wrap!...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
...I managed to make it outside, falling over only twice, and felt the warm sun tickling my beak. I sat down on the soft snow sprinkled over my veggie-patch and sighed. This would be a boring day after all. I must have fallen asleep because when I finally got the wrapping paper off my head, it was as dark as a black puffle's fur. I rushed inside to make myself some pizza, but got bombarded by Billy in the entrance. He sat my head, blocking my view of the igloo...
Club Penguin Books: Penguin Tales: Volume 2
..."What on earth are you-" but I couldn't finish my sentence before I heard: "SURPRISE!" I sat up in alarm as all my friends surrounded my with hugs, and presents! It was so funny. My best pal, Cupcakes10, was dressed up as Rockhopper! It went on for the whole night, and I had the time of my life! The End...
        My View
I love all of the brilliant stories the Volume 2 of the Penguin Tales! I also love how all of the stories were created by penguins, these penguins are creative!
