If you go to the Ski Village the Everyday Phoning Facility is criticallyy damaged. The windows are smashed and the EPF logo is broken.
If you go inside you will find a hole in the wall leading up to the roof top.
When you get up to the Rooftop, Herbert should be in a robot hydra.
The game is exactly the same as the one in Quest 3.
The Red Hydra is weak to snowballs.
The Blue Hydra is weak to the lava hovering above their heads.
The Yellow Hydra is weak to light reflected from shields obtained at the Medieval Party.
Once you destroy Herbert you will get an EPF badge, 3 medals and Hydra Head (Furniture Item)
