Firstly, to become an EPF Agent, you must waddle you way to the Everyday Phoning Facility which penguins can find at the Ski Village...

...click on the doors of the Everyday Phoning Facility to enter it...

...if you have done this correctly, you should be in the Everyday Phoning Facility!

..once you're in the Everyday Phoning Facility, click on the Phone Booth on the right side of the room...

...if you have done this correctly, the Director will talk to you and here's is what they'll say...

(Penguin Name), the island needs you. Become an agent and help protect Club Penguin. Will you take up the challenge?

...click on the "Yes" button to continue. If you have done this correctly, the Director will say...

Welcome to the Elite Penguin Force Agent (Penguin Name). Here's your spy phone - your most important tool. Keep it on you to receive your orders.

...click on the "Add phone" button to add the EPF Spy Phone to your penguin. Once you have clicked the "Add phone" button the Director will say...

We look forward to work with you, agent. Enter the Command Room to hone your skills. And good luck.

...click on the "OK" button. Once you have done this, you'll realise that the secret entrance to the EPF Command Room is open...

...click on the secret entrance to enter the EPF Command Room.
