Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013.

Hello penguins, Today is New Year's Eve, the last day of 2012. So I thought it would be a nice thing to do to have a look back at 2012 in Club Penguin. Here is a summary of what happened in 2012...

In January 2012, we tilted the island with boxes of anvils. Then, we explored the deep blue sea with Club Penguin's resident fool, Rookie. Then, In February 2012, we strutted down the catwalk like models at the Fashion Show, even Cadence made an appearance. In February 2012, we also traveled to Swashbuckling Trading Post, Dinosaur Island and then Shipwreck Island with Club Penguin adventurous pirate, Rockhopper on his trusty ship, the Migrator. In March 2012, we transformed into puffle for the island's annual Puffle Party, we also meet Club Penguin's resident puffle expert, Puffle Handler for the very first time. In April 2012, we explored the Box Dimension to find the origin of the Orange Puffle, with Club Penguin's resident fool, Rookie. In April 2012, we also protected the earth at the island's annual Earth Day Event, Aunt Arctic also helped out. In May 2012, we were cursed by the Dragon King, Scorn. Gary the Gadget Guy also became the island's resident wizard. In June 2012, a purple meteor crashed at the Dock- this turned us into superheros who saved the City of Club Penguin from the super villains. In July 2012, DJ Cadence and the Penguin Band organised the island's Music Jam and turned it into an Ultimate Jam. Dancers  Rocky and CeCe also made their debut appearance. In August 2012, Rockhopper brought a cursed idol to the island of Club Penguin which turned into the Temple of Fruit and the BIG BIG KAHUNA- a cursed fruit volcano. In September 2012, Club Penguin's annual fair was in town, even Rookie made an appearance. In October 2012, we found Gary's Great Uncle, Gariwald VIII. At Club Penguin's annual Halloween Party, We were able to transform into ghosts thanks to Gariwald's Ghostmatron. In November 2012, the island was plunged into darkness by Club Penguin's resident villain, Herbert P. Bear. He also made his debut appearance, Herbert was defeated by the EPF. In December 2012, we celebrated the Holiday Party and donated to Coins For Change with Club Penguin's adventurous pirate, Rockhopper.

Now, that 2012 is coming to an end. I would like to say I wish that 2013 will be the best year ever! I hope that in 2013 that Boba and Jango CP will continue to grow. Club Penguin Blog: Daffodaily5's Featured Fashions: December 31st!

Hello penguins, Today Daffodaily5 posted some new featured fashions on the Club Penguin Blog, here is what it says...
Hiya!

What comes before part B? Partaaay! Seeing as this is the last 2012 edition of Featured Fashions, I’d thought I’d give it an extra special theme: PARTY! I’ve been on the lookout for penguins dressed to impress and ready to see in the New Year with some glam!

First up, we have Juliet0223 who has been nominated by Lilly6879. Her outfit reminds me of a fairy godmother… plenty of sparkle!

I came across Dara25 when I was waddling around the Island and I must say he looked super smooth! The white suit with Card Jitsu Amulet is so brill, I would never have thought of that!

Nothing says PARTY more than a Party Hat and Party Hat T-shirt combination! Thanks to Dunard for nominating Bobbhoy and their ace outfit!

Emma Kerezsi’s outfit shone like a star to me! The pretty dress and fab accessories made me want to boogie on down to the Dance Club!

Let me know what you think of these party penguins in the comments below. Don’t forget to nominate your super stylish friends too!

P.S. Happy New Year!
-Club Penguin Team
Thanks Daffodaily5! I love Juliet0223's outfit because she looks like a fairy princess! I like Dara25's outfit because his Delux Tux makes his stand out! I love Bobbhoy's outfit because his hat goes well with his t-shirt. I like Emma Kerezsi's outfit because it looks comfortable. What's you favorite outfit? Have you got a buddy with stylish fashion? Club Penguin Prehistoric Party Log Off Screen

Hello penguins, Today I logged out of Club Penguin and saw a log off screen promoting the upcoming Prehistoric Party, here is what it looks like...

...Wow! This Log Off screen shows me many amazing things that we will be able to do during the Prehistoric Party. From the Log Off Screen above, we can see three dinosaurs which we'll be able to transform into. We can also see that Prehistoric Party tagline which is "Members can Fly, Stomp, Roar" this probably suggests that members will have the ability to transform into dinosaurs. I am also now aware that the Prehistoric Party starts on January 17th and ends on January  29th. I can't wait to transform into a dinosaur! What about you? Club Penguin Prehistoric Party 2013 Sneak Peek - The Plaza

Hello penguins, Today Spike Hike released a sneak peek of the upcoming Prehistory Party which is coming in January 2013 on Twitter, here is what he tweeted....

...as mentioned from Spike Hike's Tweet above, we can what the Plaza will look like during the the Prehistoric Party. Here we can see a better picture of the sneak peek the Spike Hike tweeted above...

...from the sneak peek above, we can see that the Plaza has completely transformed into the prehistoric age. I think that it's completely unrecognizable, I cannot recognize any familiar buildings landmarks which are usually in the Plaza. This is probably because things like pizza and puffles have not be discovered yet. But how will we travel back to the prehistoric age? A time machine? I can't wait to travel to the prehistoric age, it looks so peaceful. I can also see that their are some dinosaur footprints on the right, will we discover dinosaurs during the Prehistoric Party? What do you think of this sneak peek? Are you looking forward to the Prehistoric Party 2013? Share us your thoughts by leaving a comment below.
