Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

It's time to focus on the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. Let's get started with the very first In Focus for May 2014 in Club Penguin which is about the natural environment in Club Penguin, The Forest...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Forest

The Forest is one of the many rooms in Club Penguin, which penguins can waddle around in and interact with the room's scenery. In the Forest, there are a collection of trees which can also be found in other rooms in the island, as well as other natural features like a waterfall. From the Forest, penguins can waddle to other rooms in Club Penguin like the Plaza, Hidden Lake, Cove and also Mine Shack. This room was opened in 2007 after it was discovered in the area located to the east of The Plaza. Since it's discovery in 2007, the Forest has changed many times. One of the first updates to The Forest was the addition of an entrance to the Cove, which can be found in the bottom-right corner. More recently, The Forest was given a brand new design to make it fit in with the other rooms around it which were previously updated, like the Cove which was updated in September 2013 after the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. The Forest's update was very important to penguins as it was one of the last rooms on the island to be updated. The Forest has also played a part in some of the events and parties which have occurred in Club Penguin. A good example of this would be when the Forest was decorated with game booths for The Fair 2012, in which penguins could earn tickets, as well as earning tickets penguins could also buy some awesome prizes with their tickets. The Forest is a very calm room, which makes it a popular room with penguins who want to escape the noise of Club Penguin and embrace the nature which can be found here. Without the Forest in Club Penguin, many penguins would find it hard to take a look at Club Penguin's natural feature from up close and relax.

My View

I like how there is so many natural features which can be found in the Forest, which makes it also have a very calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing penguins. I love how this room is so calm and relaxing as this makes it different from all of the other rooms which you can find in Club Penguin.

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Party

It's time to focus on the annual party in Club Penguin to celebrate puffles, The Puffle Party...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. April is the month of puffles in Club Penguin, which means that every In Focus in April will be related to Puffles! Let's get started with the third in the series of puffle-related In Focus for this month, which is the Puffle Party in Club Penguin...

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Party

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Party

The Puffle Party is an annual event/party in Club Penguin which is designed to celebrate Puffles. In Club Penguin, there has been a Puffle Party every year since 2009, which means there have been 6 Puffle Parties in Club Penguin including the one which is currently going on. Until the current Puffle Party (Puffle Party 2014), there had been special areas around the island dedicated to individual puffle species. For example, the Beacon was decorated for the puffle species, the Green Puffle. A common theme associated with the Puffle Party, is discovery as puffle species tend to be discovered within a month before or after the party. However more recently, Puffles have been discovered a week or two before the party starts. For example, 2 weeks before last year's Puffle Party (Puffle Party 2013), the Rainbow Puffle species was discovered in clouds above Club Penguin, which lead PH to build the Puffle Hotel. Two common additions to the Puffle Party from the past two Puffle Parties is a new room, which allow puffle owners to care for their puffles and a new puffle species which is generally only available to members. The Puffle Party is also quite popular with penguins on the island, so popular that even some Club Penguin characters like to appear at them. At the Puffle Party 2011, Club Penguin's resident DJ, Cadence made an appearance and hosted a party at the Night Club Rooftop to celebrate puffles. However since the Puffle Party 2012, Club Penguin's resident puffle expert, PH has made an appearance at the Puffle Party sharing her knowledge of puffles with the penguins she meets. A popular feature which has made the Puffle Parties in Club Penguin more fun is to transform into a puffle, which had never been available in Club Penguin, this feature was first available for penguins to use at the Puffle Party in 2012. Without the Puffle Parties in Club Penguin, we wouldn't be able to show how much we love our puffles as much!

My View
I like that the Puffle Party returns each year. I also like that the Puffle Party is an event which uis designed to celebrate our pet puffles, as they deserve it! I love the features which they add to the Puffle Party each year like being able to transform into a puffle.

Club Penguin - In Focus - Puffle Hats

It's time to focus on the accessories for your pet Puffle, Puffle Hats...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. April is the month of puffles in Club Penguin, which means that every In Focus in April will be related to Puffles! Let's get started with the second puffle-related In Focus of this month, which are Puffle Hats in Club Penguin...

Club Penguin - In Focus - Puffle Hats

Club Penguin - In Focus - Puffle Hats

Puffle Hats are accessories available for puffle-owners and are designed to express the personality of your pet puffle. Puffle Hats were introduced back in 2011 for members and were available in the Puffles catalog. Since then, penguins have been buying hats for their puffles to show off their different extraordinary personalities. Most Puffle Hats in Club Penguin are only available for members, however on some occasions, Puffle Hats are available for everyone like the Puffle Party in 2012. Without Puffle Hats in Club Penguin, it would be hard for puffle owners to express the personalities of their pet puffles!

My View
I like that Puffle Hats can be used by penguins to express the personalities of their pet puffles! I also like how on occasions, non-members are given special puffle hats!

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Hotel

It's time to focus on the place where penguins care for their puffles, the Puffle Hotel...
Hello penguins! As it's a start of a new week, it's time to focus about something different in Club Penguin. April is the month of puffles in Club Penguin, which means that every In Focus in April will be related to Puffles! Let's get started with the first puffle-related In Focus of this month, which is the Puffle Hotel in Club Penguin...

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Hotel

Club Penguin - In Focus - The Puffle Hotel

The Puffle Hotel is a building which is located in The Plaza, the main purpose of the Puffle Hotel for penguins is to care for their pet Puffles. The Puffle Hotel has three different floors: The Lobby, The Spa and lastly, the Rooftop. All three floors have different attractions which penguins can click on to care for their puffles, penguins can feed their puffles, pamper their puffles, relax with their puffles and sleep with their puffles. The Puffle Hotel is one of the newest buildings in Club Penguin as it was built in 2013 for the Puffle Party 2013 to get the Rainbow Puffle. In November 2013, the Puffle Hotel got a slight renovation which included some attractions getting added to the building. The Puffle Hotel is also the only place on the island where penguins can care for their Dinosaur Puffles as well. Without the Puffle Hotel, I think puffle owners would find it hard to care for their puffles as much...

My View
I like that the Puffle Hotel has made it easier for puffle owners to care for their puffles, and make it more enjoyable by visiting the range of different attractions at the Puffle Hotel.

Club Penguin - In Focus - April Fools'

It's time to focus on April Fools', a silly occasion in Club Penguin...
Hello penguins! As today is April Fools' Day, I thought it would be right to post a very special "In Focus" about April Fools' in Club Penguin! In the post below, I'll be taking a look at the April Fools' Parties from over the years. So let's get started with my In Focus of April Fools' in Club Penguin

Club Penguin - In Focus - April Fools'

Club Penguin - In Focus - April Fools'

...from 2006 to 2012, April Fools' was a regular event at Club Penguin which involved joke and pranks around the island. For example, in the Boiler Room, a saucepan replaced the boiler for 30 seconds. From 2009, the April Fools' Parties were focused on boxes and the Box Dimension, and other dimensions. In 2011, Rookie discovered many other entrances to dimensions which could be found at The Box Dimension, like the Candy Dimension, which was made out of candy. From then, Rookie became well known for making appearances at the island's annual April Fools' party. However in 2012, the April Fools' Parties came to an end due to a lack of penguins logging onto play. But still in 2014, the spirit of April Fools' is still alive due to penguins pranking other penguins in the Club Penguin Community. Happy April Fools' Day!

    My View
I like that April Fools' Day is a really fun occasion for penguins in Club Penguin! I also like the randomness of April Fools' Day as well!

Club Penguin - In Focus - Emoticons

It's time to focus on Emoticons, a way for penguins to show their emotions...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about emoticons, which can be used by penguins to show their emotions to other penguins. Let's focus on emoticons..

Club Penguin - In Focus - Emoticons

Club Penguin - In Focus - Emoticons

...emoticons are a great way for penguins to show how they feel to other penguins. From showing that they're happy from sad and even showing that they want some ice cream, emoticons cover a wide range of real-life emotions. In Club Penguin, there are over 20 emoticons which penguins can use. However, more emoticons are added during events and parties in Club Penguin. For example, during the Puffle Party 2013, there was a special Rainbow Puffle emoticon. Emoticons are so popular in Club Penguin, there is even a special emoticons background, which you can see above. Without emoticons, penguins would struggle to show how they feel in Club Penguin...

      My View
I like that there are so many emoticons which can be used! I also like the random emoticons like the Popcorn Emote and the Ice Cream Emote. I also like special emotes which can be used specially during events and parties in Club Penguin.

Club Penguin: In Focus: The EPF Command Room

It's time to focus on the EPF Command Room, the centre of the Elite Penguin Force...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about the centre of the Elite Penguin Force! Let's focus on the EPF Command Room...

Club Penguin: In Focus: EPF Command Room
Club Penguin: In Focus: The EPF Command Room

...the EPF Command Room has been a room in Club Penguin since the EPF made it's way to the online world of Club Penguin in 2010. The EPF Command Room is a place where EPF agents would go to, to be briefed on their EPF missions. In the EPF Command Room, there are two games, one is called "System Defender" and can be played by clicking on the red screen. The other game in the EPF Command Room is called "Spy Drills" and can be played by clicking on the yellow screen. Before November 2012, penguins can make their way to the EPF Command Room, to take part in the weekly Field-Ops. In November 2012, the EPF Command Room was damaged by Herbert as part of Operation Blackout. Since February 2013 to March 2014, there has been construction in the EPF Command Room to renovate it to its former glory. Just since last week, there has been a new design to the EPF Command Room. In the new design of the EPF Command Room, EPF agents can capture villains in the cells, which are in the bottom-left corner and take get in some spy style in the bottom-right corner. The EPF Command Room is one of the only rooms in Club Penguin which can be accessed by EPF agents. A penguin can become an EPF agent by making their way to the Everyday Phoning Facility. Now that the EPF Command Room is back up and running, the island feels more protected, what can go wrong?! Without the EPF Command Room, it would be hard for EPF agents to find a place to find out about their EPF missions.

        My View
I like the new design of the EPF Command Room, it's twice as better as the old one! I like that EPF agents can meet up with each other and discuss how they can protect the island!

Club Penguin: In Focus: Cart Surfer

It's time to focus on Cart Surfer, one of the many classic games in Club Penguin...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about Cart Surfer, one of the many classic games in Club Penguin! Let's focus on Cart Surfer...

Club Penguin: In Focus: Cart Surfer

Club Penguin: In Focus: Cart Surfer

...Cart Surfer is one of the oldest games in Club Penguin, which was released in 2006. Cart Surfer can be played by clicking on the mine entrance which has mine carts next to it in the room, The Mine. The instructions for this game is pretty simple, do the most tricks in the amount of track you're given. The game also gives penguin 3 lives, and can be played with the Black Puffle, which gives the penguin bonus points. To the present day, Cart Surfer is one of the biggest earners of coins with an average amount of coins as 300 coins. There 12 stamps which can be unlocked in Cart Surfer and if penguins unlock all stamps, they can double the amount of coins which they get from playing it. The game "Cart Surfer" has slightly been redesigned in 2011, updates included a new start page and the ability for your black puffle to join you while playing. What makes Cart Surfer unique from any other game is that it has a range of different moves. Without Cart Surfer, I think it would be quite hard for penguins to get as many coins in one game...

          My View
I like that Cart Surf is a great game with penguins who want to get huge amount of coins! I also like how this game has so many moves in it, which makes it more exciting than other games.

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Fair

It's time to focus on the Fair, one of Club Penguin's funnest parties...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is all about the current party in Club Penguin, The Fair...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Fair

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Fair

...The Fair has been a party in Club Penguin since 2007, and has been a party in Club Penguin each year except 2013. Before 2009, the Fair used by called "The Fall Fair" as it would occur during fall in September. Since 2009, the party has been known as The Fair. One thing which hasn't changed since it's introduction in 2007 is that The Fair has had Fair games which penguins can win tickets in and use to get fabulous Fair prizes! Since the Fair in 2007 to the Fair in 2011, The Fair's CP character was Rockhopper who brought cargo for The Fair on his ship, The Migrator. However, in 2012 to the present day, the character changed to Rookie, as Rockhopper was busy searching for the treasure. What makes this party popular and fun with penguins on the island is that it isn't just about going online and grabbing some free items, it's about earning tickets, getting prizes and having fun! Now in Club Penguin, there is currently a Fair going on, and let me just say, it's the biggest on the Club Penguin island! With an amazement park with rides and games, who wouldn't get bored and not have fun there! Without The Fair, I think Club Penguin would struggle to create a party which penguins would enjoy and have fun!

            My View
I like the Fair in Club Penguin, as there are so many fun things to do! I also like to play Fair games during The Fair so I can earn awesome prizes! Every year in Club Penguin, I most look forward to this party.

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Dance Lounge

It's time to focus on the Dance Lounge, the arcade in Club Penguin...
Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about the arcade for penguins in Club Penguin! Let's focus on the Dance Lounge...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Dance Lounge
Club Penguin: In Focus: The Dance Lounge

...the Dance Lounge has been a room since it was introduced in 2005. The original design of the Dance Lounge featured two arcade machines: Astro Barrier and Thin Ice plus three tables with comfy chairs. The current design of the Dance Club feature three arcade machines: Bits & Bolts, Thin Ice and Astro Barrier, the Dance Lounge was renovated in 2011. With the renovation, a new game called "Hit the Target!" was added for players who want to challenge each other to a snowball fight. The current design of the Dance Lounge also features a view of the Dance Club, which you can see through the circle panel in the floor. At the moment in Club Penguin, the red arcade machine, which hasn't been working since it was released in 2011 has disappeared. Rumours have been going around the island that the arcade machine will be used for The Fair, and a new game will be able to be played on it. The Dance Lounge is a great place for penguins to go if they want to play arcade games like Thin Ice and Astro Barrier, and penguins who just want to relax after dancing at the Dance Club. Without the Dance Lounge, I don't think there would be really a place where penguins could relax and play classic Club Penguin games.

              My View
I like that the Dance Lounge has so many arcade games in it, this makes it very popular with penguins who loves to play games like Astro Barrier and Thin Ice. I wonder what has happened to the missing arcade machine I'll assume it's being used for The Fair.

Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about servers, which are the different worlds of Club Penguin. Let's focus on servers..

              Club Penguin: In Focus: Servers

              Club Penguin: In Focus: Servers

...servers are the different worlds of Club Penguin, which penguins can choose to enter when they log into Club Penguin. Servers have been around in Club Penguin since Club Penguin was introduced in 2005, however since then, the amount of servers has increased. Just for the English language, there is a total of 155 different which penguins can log onto. As well as English servers, there are Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and more recently Russian! There are two types of servers in Club Penguin, one is a normal server which penguins type want they want to say, the other type is called a "Ultimate safe chat" server, which has a bubble next to it. An Ultimate safe chat server restricts penguins from saying anything rude or not safe, penguins can select messages which are safe and created by Club Penguin on the blue bar, which is on the bottom of your screen. Before you log onto a server in Club Penguin, you'll be able to see green bars next to the server name, this shows you how full a server is. You may also find the buddy icon next to a server name to, which means that you're buddy is online on that server. Unfortunately, the servers could be seeing its end soon to welcome CP Next, which will remove the idea of servers. Without servers, penguins wouldn't be able to log into Club Penguin in the first place...

                My View
I like that there are so many servers in Club Penguin as it makes it easy for penguins to log onto Club Penguin, I also like how not all servers are busy, which means that penguins can log onto servers and relax.

Club Penguin: In Focus: Polo Field

Club Penguin: In Focus: Polo Field

...Polo Field is a member of the Club Penguin Team, who you probably know for posting on the Club Penguin Blog. Polo Field joined Club Penguin in 2006 and was hired by former Club Penguin Team Member, Gizmo. Polo Field took over from Billybob and Happy77 as the regular blogger on the Club Penguin Blog when they left in 2012. Since then, Polo Field has posted most posts on the Club Penguin Blog, which include episodes of The Spoiler Alert and #WaddleOn. Polo Field works at the Club Penguin Headquarters in Canada, Kelowna. Polo Field is usually recognised for wearing his red keytar, which he like to play, and funnily enough, Polo Field has an identical keytar in real life. Polo Field loves the idea of a community in Club Penguin, and hosts a special event each week called "Field Day" which he announces the details of on Twitter. Polo Field also loves to interact with other penguins on Club Penguin Twitter, YouTube and Google+. Polo Field also has his own blog, which he loves to post on from time to time about Club Penguin. Without this penguin, Club Penguin wouldn't as been fun and we wouldn't know what is going on in Club Penguin on the Club Penguin Blog.

                  My View
I like that Polo Field loves to connect with the Club Penguin community as it shows that the Club Penguin Team appreciates the Club Penguin community. I also like the way Polo Field posts on the Club Penguin Blog as it makes me want to read all of it!

Club Penguin: In Focus: Garugg the Ugg Ugg

Club Penguin: In Focus: Garugg the Ugg Ugg

...Garugg the Ugg Ugg is a stone age scientist from the prehistoric age in Club Penguin. Garugg the Ugg Ugg is a relative of the club penguin character, Gary the Gadget Guy and both have similar positions in their own Club Penguin. Garugg the Ugg Ugg became known at the Prehistoric Party 2014, and helped Gary the Gadget Guy out to save dino puffles from becoming extinct. Garugg the Ugg Ugg is also well known for being the penguin who carved the message to Gary in the present day, which was at the Snow Forts. Garugg the Ugg Ugg as well as Garianna and Gariwald VIII are the only known relatives of Gary the Gadget Guy. Garugg the Ugg Ugg is probably the first scientist in Club Penguin. Without Garugg the Ugg Ugg, Gary the Gadget Guy wouldn't even been here and we wouldn't have the idea for places like the Pizza Parlor and the Clothes Shop in Club Penguin...

I like that Garugg the Ugg Ugg has kind of created the Club Penguin that we know today, and without Club Penguin wouldn't be really the same.

Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about Hydro Hopper, one of the many classic games in Club Penguin! Let's focus on Hydro Hopper...

Club Penguin: In Focus: Hydro Hopper

Club Penguin: In Focus: Hydro Hopper

...Hydro Hopper is one of the oldest games in Club Penguin, which was released on 2005. Hydro Hopper is a singular game which can be played at The Dock by clicking on the Hydro Hopper boat. The game involves a penguin who is a rubber ring attached to the Hydro Hopper, the aim of the game is to avoid the obstacles by jumping over them or dodging them, the further your travel, the more coins you'll get! I also love that this game has been part of Club Penguin since the beginning, and I think that's why I love to play it! Hydro Hopper was originally called "Ballistic Biscuit" and was changed to Hydro Hopper in a poll voted by penguins. Without Hydro Hopper, there wouldn't be many games which have remained classic and fun with penguins...

I like that Hydro Hopper has remained a classic and fun game in Club Penguin! I love to play it as it reminds me of what the old Club Penguin used to be.

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Stadium

Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about the source of competitiveness for penguins in Club Penguin! Let's focus on the Stadium...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Stadium
Club Penguin: In Focus: The Stadium

...the Stadium is one of the many rooms which are on the Club Penguin island. The Stadium has been a room since 2005, although it has received many graphical updates, it has remained and penguins have continued to score goals in the sports of soccer and ice hockey. When this room was introduced to Club Penguin it was known as the "Ice Rink" and remained as an ice rink all year round. It was not until 2008, the ice rink became a soccer pitch during the summer. In 2010, the Stadium received it's most massive graphical update, objects like stands for penguins to sit and watch a match, a commentator stand for penguins to make their own commentary of the match and a snack stand for penguins to grab a snack. This made it more popular with penguins as it gave them more things to do, rather than just playing a game. In 2013, the Stadium was given a small graphical update, trees and scenery which were more details were added, plus the lines and shapes on the ice rink were made more sharp. A path to the University was also added, and replaced the Winter Sports booth. The Stadium is also one of the only rooms in Club Penguin to be updated twice every year, from an ice rink to a soccer pitch during summer and from a soccer pitch to an ice rink during winter. Although The Stadium has changed many time during the history of Club Penguin, it still remains to be a place where competitive penguins come to play ice hockey or soccer. Without the Stadium in Club Penguin, penguins would find it hard to compete against each other and meet new friends...

                        My View
I like that the Stadium is a great place for penguins as they can do so much there, like grabbing a snack and playing soccer or ice hockey! I also like how this room can make penguins competitive as there so determined to win their game of ice hockey or soccer.

Hello penguins! As it's the start of a new week in Club Penguin, it's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus! This week's Club Penguin: In Focus is about the newspaper which is published in Club Penguin every week! Let's focus on the Club Penguin Times...

Club Penguin: In Focus: Club Penguin Times
Club Penguin: In Focus: Club Penguin Times

...the Club Penguin Times is a newspaper in Club Penguin which was first published in 2005. In 2005, the Club Penguin Times was called the Penguin Times, and was changed to the Club Penguin Times in 2007. Since 2005, the Club Penguin Times has been published every week in Club Penguin. In November 2010, the newspaper received a graphical update in which it was reduced the two pages from several pages. On the front page, penguins can read a feature story, a newsflash, a support story, an "Ask Aunt Arctic" column and upcoming events. On the back page, penguins can read a comic, jokes, riddles and secrets in Club Penguin. In 2007, Aunt Arctic became the editor-in-chief of the Club Penguin Times. Aunt Arctic is also well known for having her regular column in the Club Penguin Times called "Ask Aunt Arctic", in which penguins ask Aunt Arctic questions about Club Penguin. On several occasions, Club Penguin characters like Gary and Rookie have taken over the "Ask Aunt Arctic" column for a party like the Halloween Party and the Prehistoric Party. Most recent accomplishment by the Club Penguin Times is to publish their 400th issue in June 2013, for a day when the 400th issue was released, Aunt Arctic visited the island. In 2012, the Club Penguin Times found a new home at the Book Room If there is something going on in Club Penguin, it is very likely that the Club Penguin Times have published it. Without the Club Penguin Times, penguins in Club Penguin would struggle to find out what is happening in Club Penguin and what will happen in Club Penguin...

                        My View
I like that the Club Penguin Times is a regular update in Club Penguin! I also enjoy reading all of the Club Penguin Times every week, as they do have some interesting stories! I also like how Aunt Arctic has her own column, which is designed to answer penguins as it's nice to find out the answer's the many of Club Penguin's mysteries.

Hello penguins! As the 2013 is coming to a close, I thought it would be right to focus on 2013 in Club Penguin. This means that it's time for a new "Club Penguin: In Focus". This week's "In Focus" is about the holidays in Club Penguin...

                        Club Penguin: In Focus: 2013

...2013 has been indeed an eventful year in Club Penguin! So many things have been discovered and other things have been enjoyed and celebrated! One of the major things of 2013 to happen is the discovery of not just one puffle but two puffles - the gold puffle and the rainbow puffle! 2013 has also been a year to introduce new events to Club Penguin, parties/events like the Prehistoric Party, Hollywood Party and Operation Puffle! 2013 has also been a year of change as well, many rooms like the Everyday Phoning Facility and the Cove gained new designs! 2013 also introduced a whole building to Club Penguin, the Puffle Hotel, which is designed for penguins and their pets, to work out, pamper and eat! My favourite party of 2013, would have to be the Star Wars Takeover, as it allowed me to dress up as some of my favourite Star Wars characters like Han Solo and Boba Fett! I can't wait for wait for what 2014 will bring to Club Penguin!

                        My View
I have loved 2013 in Club Penguin, as it has been really eventful and so many wonderful things like the discovery of the gold and rainbow puffles! I really can't wait to see what 2014 will be like and what other things will be coming our way!

Club Penguin: In Focus: Happy Holidays

...at the moment in Club Penguin, we're currently going through the 9th Holiday Party. So let's go through the years of Holiday Parties in Club Penguin. The first ever Holiday Party was in 2005, and known as the Christmas Party 2005. There were barely many decorations across the island, and there were two free items: the Christmas Scarf and the Santa Hat. The Holiday Party was in 2006, and was called the Christmas Party 2006. There was a blizzard, which caused snow to cover most of Club Penguin's most famous buildings, there were also two free items: the Santa Beard and Santa Hat. The next Holiday Party was in 2007, and was called the Christmas Party 2007. There was a giant Christmas tree in the Ski Lodge, and the first ever Coins For Change was on the island, there were also four free items: Santa Hat, Reindeer Antlers, Christmas Scarf and Bell. The next Holiday Party was in 2008, and was the last party to be called "The Christmas Party". Rockhopper made his first ever appearance and was docked at the Dock, penguins could also make toys at the Dance Lounge. There were also three free items: the Santa Hat, the Santa Beard and the Bell. The next Holiday Party was in 2009, and was the first party to be called "The Holiday Party". Penguins could deliver presents to penguins using the Sleigh Ride on the Night Club Rooftop. There were also three free items: the Santa Hat, the Santa Suit and penguins could send the Candy Cane Hat to their buddies using the Penguin Mail. The next Holiday Party was in 2010, which was called the Holiday Party 2010. Penguins could meet Santa at the Book Room and fill the Lighthouse for Coins for Change. There were four free items: the Reindeer Antlers, Globe Hat, Holiday Toque and Santa's Present Bag. The next Holiday Party was in 2011, which was called the Holiday Party 2011. Penguins could bake cookies for Coins For Change in the Bakery which was located next to the Dance Lounge. A bunch of free items could be collected from the Sleigh Ride at the Night Club Rooftop and the advent calendar in the Forest. The next Holiday Party was in 2012, which was called the Holiday Party 2012. Penguins could transform into a Frost Bite, a Race Car and a Reindeer Puffle. A bunch of free items could be collected by logging on each day. Now to the present day, we are are currently enjoying the Holiday Party 2013. Members can conduct trains to donate coins for Coins For Change at the Coins For Change Train Station, which is located at the Snow Forts (as pictured above).

                        My View
I like how Club Penguin celebrates the holidays by putting on the Holiday Party! The holidays in Club Penguin really get me in the mood for the holidays! I also like how penguins donate so much coins to Coins For Change each year!

Hello penguins! It's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus. This week's In Focus is about Club Penguin's scientist and inventor, Gary...

                        Club Penguin: In Focus: Gary

...Gary has been a character in Club Penguin since the first PSA mission. Gary is also known as Agent G, and has the role of "Technical Lead" for the Elite Penguin Force. Gary has appeared in every PSA mission, and in most of the PSA mission, Gary helps you by giving you some gadgets which may come into use. Gary likes to appear in Club Penguin during events like the Halloween Party and the Medieval Party. Gary is well known for creating things around Club Penguin like the Clock Tower at the Snow Forts and the Switchbox 3000, which can be found at The Stage. Usually in Club Penguin, Gary wears his lab coat, blue shirt with brown tie and spectacles. Without Gary in Club Penguin, many inventions which are useful to the everyday life in Club Penguin wouldn't exist...

                        My View
I like how inventive and creative Gary is, this inspires others to create their own inventions! I really don't know what Club Penguin would do without their resident scientist and inventor.

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Plaza

Let's Focus on the Plaza in Club Penguin...
Hello penguins! It's time for a new Club Penguin: In Focus. This week's In Focus is about the Plaza in Club Penguin...

Club Penguin: In Focus: The Plaza

...The Plaza is one of Club Penguin's most popular rooms, and who wouldn't be surprised with all of the interesting attractions like the Puffle Hotel and the Stage. The Plaza has been in a room in Club Penguin since 2006, and since then, the Plaza has encountered some graphical changes. The largest graphical change came in 2012, when the Plaza was given a brand new look, and was made more 3D. Since then, penguins can also see the Stadium and the Mine Shack from the Plaza. At The Plaza, penguins can access, the Snow Forts, the Pet Shop, the Puffle Hotel, the Stage, the Pizza Parlor and the Forest. In 2013, the Plaza gained a fourth building - the Puffle Hotel, which was opened for penguins and puffles to work out, eat and relax! Without the Plaza, Club Penguin wouldn't be as interesting, as there wouldn't be a place for penguins to meet up and do things like eat pizza or watch a play...

                        My View
I live how the Plaza has so many attractions within it, this makes the room more popular, and a better place for penguins to meet up.
