From this tweet, we can see that Rockhopper will be returning to Club Penguin very soon. At the moment we don't know when but from Polo Field saying "Can't say too much just yet" that Rockhopper will be a big part of a party coming soon.
My View
I can't wait for Rockhopper to return. Can you believe it's been since December 2012 since we last saw him? Me neither. It'll also be nice to see if Rockhopper has got any precious treasures from his travels. Maybe Rockhopper will return for The Fair - now that would be awesome!
