Who is Dot?
Dot is an EPF Agent - who creates disguises for the EPF. Dot is also referred as the "Stealth Lead" - this is probably because of her stealthiness due to the variety of disguises. Dot made her first online appearance in the last EPF Mission - "the Veggie Villain" helping PSA Agents escape the PSA HQ before the Popcorn Bomb exploded. Dot has also made an appearance in the game "System Defender" - in the game she tries to motivate you when there are a lot of bots on the screen. Dot also made another online appearance during Operation Blackout, when she was captured by Herbert. Although Dot cannot be met, I wouldn't rule out her being one in the future.
In Club Penguin, Dot wears a Blonde Wig with White Goggles, a Lavender Coat, a Dark Purple Shirt and Purple Tie.
