CeCe was a very famous dancer in Club Penguin with her best friend - Rocky. In Club Penguin, CeCe was passionate about dancing and often practices with Rocky. If something to do with music going on in Club Penguin, CeCe would usually be there to dance.
Can we meet CeCe?
Yes (you could) - CeCe loved to visit Club Penguin on many occasions at events such as the Ultimate Jam. If you met CeCe on Club Penguin, you could have received her free giveaway background, her stamp and even add her as a buddy!
