Who is The Director?
The Director is the The Director of the EPF - so basically they are in charge of EPF. The Director's identity is currently unknown to the public and is only known by EPF Agents who defeated Herbert during Operation Blackout. The Director made there first online appearance in the PSA Mission - "Waddle Squad" briefing you at the beginning of the mission. The Director has also made an appearance in the game "System Defender" - in the game they try to keep calm and make an example to the EPF Agent. The Director also made another online appearance during Operation Blackout, when they were captured by Herbert.
In Club Penguin, The Director wears a pair of Black Glasses and a Tuxedo.
