Club Penguin Rooms: The Beacon

Information
The Beacon is a room in Club Penguin which is located on the top of the Lighthouse building at the Beach. In Club Penguin, the Beacon is a popular room with penguins who to take a look of Club Penguin and look through the telescope. The Beacon is also known for having the game "Jet Pack Adventure" in it, which penguins can play by clicking the jet pack pad on the right of the room. From the Beacon, penguins can only waddle on the Lighthouse. The Beacon is quite an old room in Club Penguin, opened in 2006.

History
The Beacon has been part of Club Penguin's history since it was introduced in 2006, making it one of the oldest rooms in Club Penguin. Throughout the history of Club Penguin, the Beacon was the green puffle's domain during the Puffle Party 2012 and has been a red light bulb for the Holiday Party 2009. In 2011, the Beacon's design was altered slightly, and the lines in the design were cleaner.

Trivia
  • At The Beacon, penguins can look through the telescope to see if Rockhopper is close to Club Penguin.
  • Penguins can switch on and off the light bulb at the Beacon by clicking the switch.
My View
I like that the Beacon is a place where penguins can go to see beautiful views. I also like how penguins can look through the telescope and see Rockhopper when he is making his way to Club Penguin.
