The aim of the Santa Sled Ride is to deliver presents to penguins by dropping them down the chimneys of igloos.
To release presents, just press the "Red" button which looks like this...
Below the Santa Sled Ride, you should see several chimneys if igloo which belongs to penguins. You should aim your presents for these chimneys (15 of them, to be precise). Once you have delivered 15 present, you should receive a special prize...
In total, there are 3 prizes so to receive all the presents you should repeat the Santa Sled Ride experience almost twice.
