...the first feature is called "Gear" and can be used to purchase Elite Gear for your penguin. To get some Elite Gear simply click on it, however to buy Elite Gear you'll need some medals first, which you can get by playing "Spy Drills" at the EPF Command Room...
...the next feature is called "Missions" and is used to tell you when an EPF mission is on in Club Penguin. If an EPF mission is in operation, it'll tell you more about what EPF Agents will have to do...

I like that the EPF Spy Phone has so many interesting features which an EPF Agents can use! My favourite feature of the EPF Spy Phone is the "Teleport" feature, as it's useful when I want to get to a room really quick.
