Who is Rookie?
Rookie is an EPF Agent who is abit stupid. He is most famous for appearing in the PSA secret Missions, Rookie made an appearance to the April Fools Party 2011.
Where Could I find Rookie?
Like other Characters on Club Penguin he visits servers such as; Mammoth, Alpine, Zipline, Yeti...... It's easier if you try to find Rookie on different languages such as French, Portugeese and Spanish. Try French Servers.. There's not a lot of servers you can check so it'll be easier! Rookie in the past has been to rooms like the Box Dimension, A Silly Place, Snow Forts, Space Dimension and Even the Desert Dimension Check these rooms first when checking servers!
What do I get for finding Rookie?
For Finding Rookie you will automatically get his Stamp (Extreme) when you are in the same room as him.
You can also get a Background which you can get by clicking his playercard and clicking the box.
