Penguins across the island look pretty clued about what the August 2011 Party is going to be. So we are going to investigate. We have theories on what the Party will be.
Many penguins are suggesting that this Party will be realated to the EPF. As in the Club Penguin Times Issue #301 It tells us Gary will tell us, at the bottom in Upcoming Events section.
Maybe this announcement will be related to Herbert and Klutzy? Everybody also knows that there is going to be a new level of System Defender. Could there possibly be another Attack from the Perilous Pair? (Herbert and Klutzy)
The next Theory was suggested by @Toogoodcp. He said that this Party would be called the Snow Race.

Penguins love parties and the one coming August 26 has more than a few surprises. We can't give away all the secrets, but we WILL say that alot of agents are required.... Let your child know they can get ready to race by practising at the Ski Hill.

Well it could make sense because the Penguin Style Catalog is about snow gear..
